The contractor is responsible for any unexpected increment in excavation. The contractor is also responsible for the demining of the under work area from any un-exploded ordinates or mines. 3.7 Light Steelwork

3.7 Light Steelwork and 6.6 Exterior painting schedules

Steel frame sliding gates. These are the main entrance/exit gates to/from the ICD compound (600x250cm each, see drawing for detailed dimensions). This item includes making, transportation, installation, finishing and all needed accessories and work to complete the job as per UNOPS engineer satisfaction and as per given drawing and schedule. Steel frame drainage points located at the bottom of boundary wall. These are implemented on those points through the wall that requires rainwater drain (consult UNOPS engineer for exact locations at the site, thus the acutal number of drainage points will be known at the end of contract). This item includes making, transportation, installation, finishing, PVC embeded pipe into concrete and all needed accessories and work to complete the job as per given drawing and schedule.
