March 6, 2012 at 5:22 am (Edit) Youll have to find the one that best fits your needs. My wife and I like the City Select a lot, but if you are getting in and out of cars constantly, it may not be for you. However, it is inexpensive, has both babies high enough off the ground, doesnt put one on top of the other too much, and still manages not to be too long. The double wides are hard to push and dont always fit through narrow doors and hallways, so I prefer the double long. I cant really comment on others. We obviously only bought the one. Here in NYC, the City Select is getting really popular these days, especially because the same stroller is used for one or two, or even three (with a foot board for an older child) if you get the right attachments. February 19, 2012 at 3:00 pm (Edit) Double stroller for toddler and infant? and peg perego infant seat? I recently found out we are expecting our 2nd, our daughter just turned 2. she is about 36 inchs. I am looking for a good double stroller that will hold them both. I know she

will be almost 3 but i though long walks, mall trip disney land she will want to sit. the stroller i like the most can be converted into a double so when she is 4 or 5 and the new baby is 1 or 2 i can make it a single stroller! i want to know what you think of this stroller if you have one or just do the research on it. also i didnt use a peg perego with my daughter but thought about it for this baby what is your thoughts on the infant seat? It seems very heavy and bulky! http://www.pishposhbaby.com/baby-jogger-city-select.html Thanks for all your help!!! Reply

February 24, 2012 at 9:22 am (Edit) The city select pram is fantastic. I personally have not used one myself but i work in a baby shop and we have just got these in due to the fact we had an over whelming response from people looking for them. You can have this pram and toddler seat in pretty much any position you want. People have tried there kids in this pram at work and it seems to work alot better for people with 2 kids more then any other one we have. The wheels at the back are not as wide as most prams out there these days and folds very easy and compact. i personally think you would be extremely happy with it. Also with the city select both seats can take up to 20.4kg each and the peg toddler seat can only take 18.8kg. Also city select has hood too on toddler seat if thats also something your wanting. Hope this helps : ) Reply

February 24, 2012 at 2:23 am (Edit) anyone who knows about britax b ready, city mini, and city select strollers? Hi! Im debating between three different strollers and I would like opinions from people that own them which is the best. I have noticed they all have pretty good reviews and are around the same price range with accessories. The first is the Baby Jogger city select I like how this stroller lets both babies see when they get older because the back seat is higher then the front seat. Second is the Britax b ready, this is nice but can the child on the bottom see forward at all or just out the sides and is it easy to walk with from the videos it doesnt look like it? Third is the baby jogger city mini. I like this because it is side by side and both babies would be able to see and it fits through standard doorways, but I will have a one year old and a newborn so i will be using this stroller at first with a carseat does that get in the way of the child sitting in the other seat? Thank you I appreciate any opinions Reply

March 6, 2012 at 7:33 pm (Edit) The City Mini is not made for shorter parents. My hunband and I are both around 510 and it was too short for us to push. We kept stepping on the wheels. The City Select worked just fine and its a very smooth ride. Reply

March 1, 2012 at 3:46 pm (Edit) I cant say enough good things about this stroller. When I had my last child I did a lot of research on what stroller to get after years of struggling with bad designs from all sort of companies. I borrowed 12 different strollers for 2-3 days each from friends and this was the best. What I love about it is the flexibility. Use it as a double, single, infants or toddlers and you can even buy a thing for the back where an older child can stand. I have never been able to fit so much into a stroller, the cargo area is huge and the accessories for the handle bar make everything so accessible. The best part by far though is the quality of the seats. My daughter is very comfort-conscious. She found all the other seats to be ouchie after a while but loves the seats on this. She even said it like a bed with a big smile on her face. I really do recommend it. Reply

March 5, 2012 at 9:16 am (Edit) Most definitely the Baby Jogger City Select! I have one myself and I love it for several reasons 1. Can be used as double, or single when one gets too big for it (and then back again if you have another! 2. the option of the bassinet casing for a seat, which later converts back, also love the carseat adapters very easy to use and remove. 3. Super easy to fold up, and fold FLAT. All in one simple motion 4. Lots of storage options. The storage area underneath expands, and the handlebars have lots of accessory options, including full size backpacks. And, they dont tip even when you have a lot of weight on the handle bars. 5. Very maneuverable. I live in Boston with legendarily uneven sidewalks. I can get around just fine, and without too much bouncing. 6. Accessories: a self leveling drink holder (you have no idea how great that is on hilly roads). Storage cover- compact enough to use as carry-on on international flights. Belly bar- instead of food tray (also available) the belly bar gives something for kids to grab onto and allows them to lean out more. This was perfect for the zoo and watching the duckies go by. 7. Adorable! It does not look like any other stroller out there, yet has a nearly old world charm in the dark colors (I got black). I get questions all the time on it. 8. great if you baby wear- I wore my infant in a wrap while pushing my twins in the stroller. The handlebar was just the right height for me not to struggle. Downsides? Can be costly to get new accessories, not the best jogger but will do ok, not usually on sale. Reply
