Today, we will introduce three traditional foods-each from Thailand, Vietnam, and China.

Tom Yum Kai-The Food of Thailand

om Yum Kai, or Sour Chicken Soup, is one of a Thai top dish, and also a dish of the Far East region (Thailand is in the Far East region). This dish is famous throughout the world. Tom Yum Kai is an herb soup with chickens. There will be flavors of sweet, sour, and salty, mixed together. One very important thing about the flavor of this dish is it shouldnt taste bland, but should mainly taste hot and sour. The sweet flavor will come from the chickens. Sometimes, this soup could be a medicine, because it could cure some sickness, like stomach ache, flu. This dish could be eaten at any time Sour Chicken Soup is from Chiang San, an

ancient capital facing Laos across the Mekong River. All of Chieng San is a T-junction and the Sala Thai is at its very heart. Right on the river, it is one of the most beautiful places in Thailand. This menu could be made spicy and might not be spicy. Here, Ill give the recipe for the spicy Tom Yum Kai. Peking duck is a dish which is easy and quick to prepare. It may be served as a complete meal.

Procedures: 1. Place the duck in a bowlshaped dish with holes in it, and put it in the sink. 2. Pour boiling water over the duck twice. 3. Hang the duck overnight in a cool place, or place it on a rack in the refrigerator.

Smrrebrd- (Butter bread)


I want to tell you about the Danish dish smrrebrd. Smrrebrd is dark bread with butter and toppings. The toppings could be potato, shrimp, Liver pate, cheese, or sausage. The origin of Smrrebrd was the need for eating away from home. Already back in time when the Pastors, hunters, or farmers were long away from their home, they needed at bite of bread. That was where the Smrrebrd came to life. How to make Smrrebrd:

Step two: Put salad and dressing on. Step three: Put the toppings you like.
