GENERAL OBJECTIVES: To attain a symbiotic relationship among the students, Clinical Instructor, Head Nurses, Staff Nurses, and other health care personnel in which learning is facilitated towards attainment of competency in rendering quality care to clients within the health care delivery setting; and to have a good time management which is well delegated. Having equality of distribution of responsibilities of the group.

Checking the attendance, uniforms, and paraphernalias Sub-grouping the members and delegation of areas of responsibilities

To know their specific area of responsibility

Courtesy call to the Head Nurse, Staff Nurses, and other health care personnel

To pay respect to the health care providers and inform them about our presence

3:05-3:20

Orientation regarding the hospital setting and medical officers of the institution by the Clinical instructor Receiving patient, checking/monitoring V/S, following doctors orders.

To obtain a variety of ideas with the necessary things to get acquainted regarding the assigned institution To perform nursing responsibility and nursing assessment. To update the Patients Chart.

5:30-6:00

Plotting of Vital Signs, Countersigning of meds. If given. Initial Checking of FDAR

6:00-6:50

To evaluate the nursing assessment to the patient. For the evaluation of Proper endorsing.

6:50-7:00

Endorsing patient/area

To be well prepared/conditioned for the succeeding hours. for the evaluation of proper endorsing.
