Peachtree software provide a facility to a build a new company and that are two methods we use and first one is a accrual basis and second one is a cash basis .why are we choosing accrual basis .because many companies work in credit basis and they choose accrual basis accounting and many companies choose a cash basis accounting because they are prefer cash basis system and daily basis record every transaction. The choose an option of accrual basis because we record income as you invoice customer and expenses are record when you receive bills for vendor. And cash is actually exchanged.
