Chocolate Pudding Cake

60 gm Chocolate – Melted 3. Pour Milk, fold in melted chocolate.


125 gm butter Stir until well mixed.
1 1/3 Cups sugar 4. Pour into baking tray
125 gm Flour 5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cocoa
1 ½ tsp Baking Powder powder
½ tsp Salt 6. Pour 11/2 cup hot water over batter
½ Cup Milk and bake for 1 hour 180 C

½ Cup Brown Sugar
3 tbs Cocoa Powder
11/2 cup hot water

Chocolate Brownie Cupcake


Method
1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add flour, salt and vanilla essence
½ cup butter 1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar ½ tsp salt
2 eggs 1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups chocolate chips
1½ cup flour
½ cup cocoa powder
Method:-
1. Sieve flour 3(x) times with baking soda

5. Bake 175 C (20-25min)

1. Mix yeast with 3 tbs water, leave it for 5 minutes

2 tsp salt 1 tbs cumin
2 tbls sugar
300ml water
Method:-
1. Mix yeast with little bit of water, let to bubble
2. Add other ingredients and knead to a soft dough
3. Rest dough for ½ hour
4. Roll flat and grill or bake

Chicken Tornedo
300gm chicken breast
1 tsp mix herbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
Salt, Pepper
2 tsp Olive Oil

Method:-
1. Mix everything and marinate for ½ hour
2. Grill for 20min until chicken is cooked.

Raspberry Cheesecake
1 ½ cup coffee biscuit (crumbs) 3 eggs
125gm butter 3 tbls flour
750gm cream cheese Raspberry Filling (Jam)
1 cup whipping cream
½ cup castor sugar
Method
1. Mix butter with biscuit crumbs
2. Press into spring form tray, bake blind
3. Whisk cheese and sugar until smooth
4. Add eggs one by one, cream and flour
5. Pour into the tray (over biscuit base) bake 1 hour 160 C
6. Spread Raspberry Filling on baked cake.
