Associate Project : To ensure cash flow for the firm, firm can initiate own venture in respective field. It can be integrated agricultural model firming. But firm strength always depend on own asset. So it is highly recommended to purchase farm land rather than land rent to ensure loan from private & public organization. Because most of long term long depends on long term farm/firm assets. Things are recommended to purchase farm land, land price & prospect in terms of agricultural point of view.
