Vision Has far insight or vision to achieve an important decision together. Self-control Able to fulfill responsibility as a member of the society without the need of any rules or law enforcement.

Leadershipwith a vision To have leaders that possess far visions and are proactive in achievinggoals for the neighbourhood. 3. Independent Proactive, volunteers and not to dependent on others when making decisions. 4. Cautious Aware, understand and act positively towards the immediate surroundings. 5. Unity Act with understanding and united as a team. 6. Friendly Warm, friendly, know one another, love and respect.

7. Peaceful, Prosperousand Safe Safe environment that is free from social issues, public nuisance and diseases.
