Society Group of people that lives together, sharing the same ways and rules Unity To negotiate when it comes to decision making. Independent Not dependent on outside parties when making decisions. Vision Has far insight or vision to achieve an important decision together. Self-control Able to fulfill responsibility as a member of the society without the need of any rules or law enforcement.

CHARACTERISTICSOF A FRIENDLYNEIGHBOURHOOD 1. Official Committee To have a committee that carries out neighbourhood activities for every area that is not more than 400 unit houses. 2. Leadershipwith a vision To have leaders that possess far visions and are proactive in achievinggoals for the neighbourhood. 3. Independent Proactive, volunteers and not to dependent on others when making decisions. 4. Cautious Aware, understand and act positively towards the immediate surroundings. 5. Unity Act with understanding and united as a team. 6. Friendly Warm, friendly, know one another, love and respect.

7. Peaceful, Prosperousand Safe Safe environment that is free from social issues, public nuisance and diseases.

To increase the working network between neighbours and government organizationsor NGOs. Eg.: - Visits to agencies, Visits between villages, Intergrated visits and dialogs. 4. Have gatherings and celebrations Eg.: - Family Day, FoodFair, mutualCooperation. 5. Organize healthy competitions or contests Eg.: - Sports, Arts and Culture, Clean and Beautiful Village, Religious activities. 6. Appreciate and acknowledge significant contribution in society. Eg.: - Village Model Award, OutstandingLeadership Award, Best House Award, Congeniality Award, Best TeenagerAward.
