Kit for D.S.P. lab as per List of items attached so as to reach to the office of the Principal, Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Geeta Colony, Delhi-110031 latest by 23.1.2009 up to 4.00 P.M. The Technical Bid will be open on 28.1,2009 at 11.00 AM. Please subscribe on the left corner of the envelope the name of the Tender No. in bold letters. Terms & Conditions. 1. Tender document can be obtained from the office of the Principal, AIT on payment of Rs. 500/- on all working days from 02.1.2009 to 22.1.2009 between 10.00 AM to 1.30 PM. 2. Tender documents can also be downloaded from the Delhi Govt. website delhigovt.nic.in In such case cost of the tender documents shall be attached in the form of Bank Draft in favor of Principal, Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Geeta Colony, Delhi-31 without which the tender will not be considered and will be rejected out-rightly. 3. The sealed tender shall have two sealed envelops in it, one envelop should have TECHNICAL BID and the second envelop should have FINANCIAL BID. The quotation with combined bid will not be considered and will be rejected out rightly. 4. All the documents like copy of Sales Tax Registration No./VAT Registration No., PAN No., Copy of Latest IT Return, EMD etc. should be attached with the Technical Bid only. 5. The tenderer have to demonstrate the product before the technical committee of this Institute for demonstration the tenderer are advised to contact the In-charge of the department concerned immediately after the opening of Technical Bids. 6. First the Technical Bid will be opened. The Financial bids will be opened later on and only for those tenders who qualify in technical bid and also who have giv en the demonstration of their product. 7. The items quoted should be New and this should be specified. All the items of machinery/equipment/instrument must have serial No. make and model securely fixed/engraved on their chassis and all voucher also must contains the said details. 8. If packing, forwarding , loading-unloading, installation charges etc are there, it should be clearly mentioned whether such charges are inclusive or exclusive of quoted rates
9. The rates quoted should F.O.R Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Geeta Colony, Delhi10. The tender should be sent by supplier by hand in sealed cover marking quotation for supply of D.S.P.Kit on the outside of the envelope or can also be put in the

sealed box kept in this office on or before 23.1.2009 upto 4.00 PM. Tender received after the due date will not be accepted in any case. 11. The tender will be opened on 28.1.2009 at 11.00 AM in the Office of the Principal, AIT . One representative of each tenderer, if any, be allowed at the time of opening of tender. No one will be entertained /allowed without letter of authority. 12. The rates quoted shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of opening. 13. Items quoted should confirm to the specifications shown in the attached list. If no specifications are indicated against items the tenderer should furnish his full specifications for each item tendered. 14. Mention clearly whether the items are available Ex-Stock, If not, state the period of supply. 15. It should be clearly mentioned whether sales tax, central sales tax and other taxes including excise taxes are inclusive or exclusive. 16. Attested Photocopier of the Sales Tax Registration /VAT Registration should be attached with the tender. Failure to include the same leads to rejection of tender without notice Gazetted Officer should attest the certificate. 17. The dealer must be registered with the Sales Tax Department. 18. Manual/Instruction booklets/training are to be provided with the equipment supplied. 19. Over-writing/over-typing should be avoided. 20. EMD should be deposited alongwith the tender document by way of FDR only in favour of Principal, Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Geeta Colony, Delhi any tender without requisite Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) will be rejected out rightly. 21. The supplier should collect store rejected within one week, Principal is not accountable for any loss or damage to the stores rejected. 22. If tenders are Re-invited and if revised tender is not submitted, the earlier tender will not be considered. 23. Supply order will be considered cancelled if the stores are not received within the period mentioned in supply order and in the same quantity. 24. Payment of the goods will be made only after the receipt of the material in our stores in good condition and after the approval/inspection by the inspecting team of the institute. 25. In case of Non-supply of material EMD will be forfeited. 26. Unless otherwise specified in the tender it will be deemed the tenderer agrees to all the terms and condition mentioned above. 27. It would be the sole discretion of the Institute to reject or withdraw any or all the items of the tender 28. Principal has the right of rejecting/accepting all or any of the tender without assigning any reason. 29. The tender information is also available on the website delhigovt.nic.in. 30. Any dispute is subject to Jurisdiction of Delhi Courts only
