Dear M. Salem, After verification with the French Embassy, it appears that M. ALAKRIMI ABDULKARIM NAKAS has not yet presented himself to ask for the visas. It is then urgent that he does it. It also means that if we add the 11 days that the Embassy is asking, he will not be able to come before the 15th of June. This is very late and it impacts the overall planning. Wouldnt it be a better way to organize to have the meeting without him, and receive him after separately if he wishes to have some precisions? By the same way, if getting the visas for everyone is too long, we can, if you want, come to Libya and present to you all the system in much details so that we can freeze the design and have your team come just after. It is what we should have done initially when we first told you that we where ready for the design freeze (26/04/07). During this month and an half, we have continued our construction of your system, but every week that passes is making the modifications that you may require more and more difficult. I am open to any solution that you want to implement. I just want to find a way that doesnt slow down the delivery of your system. Looking forward to speaking with you soon, Sincerely,
