Operation Military Child Care (OMCC) The Operation Military Child Care program provides fee assistance for families of deployed or mobilized National Guard, Reserve and Active Duty Army soldiers during the duration of the deployment. Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) The Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood program provides fee assistance for families of Active Duty Army Service Members and Army Civilians / Technicians who are unable to access on-post child care. Army School-Age Program in Your Neighborhood (ASPYN)

The Army School-age Program in Your Neighborhood (ASPYN) program serves families who live in the communities surrounding the installations listed below and provides fee assistance for families of Active Duty Army Services Members and Army Civilians / Technicians who are unable to access on-post child care. The ASPYN program serves school age children who attend child care before and after school, as well as full time when school is not in session. Ft. Carson Ft. Riley Ft. Benning Ft. Give Army Parents a Break The Army Give Parents a Break program is for families of geographically dispersed Accessions Command Army Recruiters, ROTC Cadet Cadres (trainer), or deployed Army National Guard or deployed Army Reserve soldiers. Participants deployed and in the Army National Guard or Army Reserve are eligible for free hourly child care for each child up to age 12 during the deployment cycle, including 30 days prior to deployment and 90 days after returning. Army Respite The Army Respite program provides free hourly child care to support the unique child care needs for families of soldiers who are deployed, serving on temporary duty (90-179 days), under a Wounded, Ill or Injured status or are Survivors of Fallen Warriors.
