INTRODUCTION The organization- BIGWAY SOLUTION was established in Patna district (Bihar) by the meetings of youths, technocrats, intellectuals, are associated with our mission and take part in decision-making process during planning process, design and monitoring and evaluation for greater transparency and smooth implementation of the projects. The organization is a non-profit making registered voluntary organization working for the cause of downtrodden and suppressed people. It is registered under Trust Registration Act 1882. After several opinion interchanges of Chairman - cum - Managing Director of Mr. Pranav Ranjan, it was felt that Policy-making and Programme implementation of welfare and development, is not only, to duty of Government. The people of the state should also, come forward with the helping hand of Government, and ensure their effective support of people. BIGWAY SOLUTION was got registered from GOVERNMENT OF BIHAR, being requisite statutory requirement. The founders of the NGO have got support of experts, educationist, techno-savvy and corehearted NGO and eminent research institutions and Management Consultants. The applying NGO feels complete support with technical knowhow/feasibility, financial feasibility and socio-economic feasibility aspect of project based on sustainable approach. 12. PHILOSOPHY Unemployment has become a chronic feature of Societies everywhere. It has become very acetate. It is a serious problem demanding wise leadership to solve it. It will have, to be faced quickly and wisely if we wish to avoid a social revolution. On the exploration of Population growth, it is felt that numbers of educated people are unemployed, in absence of a venue of work. Also, expectation from Government, for job, is irrelevant in Global station and WTO regime. In Eighth Plan, the Government allocated fund could not be attained because of peoples co-operation. Thus, BIGWAY SOLUTION has decided to take spearhead, initiatives, to go together with the thought of Government and ensure effective results in the field of self-skill development programmes, to utilised the under-utilised/ un-utilised manpower, for their income generation which resulted into high GDP and Prosperity.

MISSION Helping the rural mosses specially women in their overall development and empowerment in terms of upgrading their mental and physical faculties and financial resources to bring them to the level of human sustenance. Creation of a community conscientised, awards and educated enough to take care of its integrated development. Helping the Handicapped by innovative approaches and rural people and women masses by their basic needs, up-gradation of their skills through various income generations programmes education & health services. To promote Gandhian philosophy for self reliance of villages. Empowerment of the rural poor and disadvantaged particularly women by supporting programme through capacity building and self-help initiative at the level of community based organisation (CBOs) and SELF HELP GROUP (SHGs) providing gender equity, equal partnership in development and economic upliftment. 14. VISION To facilitate the process of emergence of a self-reliant, just, equitable and self sustaining civil society. 15. OBJECTIVES & GOALS To Co-operate and join hands with the funding agencies for the high impact of following welfare and development programmes of Government and general lawful activitiesTo introduce, exercise, formulate various matrix of vocationally selfeducative training schemes, being non--static in nature, require continuous innovative methodologies and update of curriculum, polices, Procedures, rules, standards etc so that the socio-economic changes, technical advancements and training needs are appropriately taken care of. Empowerment of the disadvantaged community in such a way, that they can utilize their potential and resources for their all round development, in a sustainable manner. Use professional capacity in Human Resource Development Programme, for the foundation of useful human resource for prosperous and united India.

To enable participatory process of development for the realization of the full human potential among people, CBOs etc. through mobilization of resources physical and human & they is optimal utilization to actualize our vision. AREA OF OPERATION Our NGO is working various developments and research works in the Bihar States. At present organization is working in the villages of all Panchayats of Patna, Vaishali, Saran, Darbhanga & other District and provides services in the remote areas on priority basis. 17. SCOPE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES The vision centre in Voluntary sector should provide free education to the middle class & Lower class students. Apart from these achievements, we did splendid works on promotion of literacy in Patna some of our major activities undertaken are as follows : Our organization worked for literacy in the Patna. Conducted survey of illiterates. Safe Drinking Water and Sanitation in villages. Selection of Resource persons, Master trainers, Voluntary trainers. Skill promotion activities for 300 persons. Adult education center benefited to 500 adults. Worked on environmental issues. Training of resource persons. 19. ORGNISATION STRUCTURE General Body of the BIGWAY SOLUTION is apex body, which decides the policy matter, beyond the normal affairs. Executive Committee, having fourteen persons autonomous body, is constituted, for facilitating decision-making and implementation process. The Executive committee, also, installs a system of delivery of services and control mechanism, as per the policy-maker, i.e. General Body. As per the decision of General Body, the Executive Committee has decided the following members of the organisation. Life Long Member, General Member, Institutional Member, & Associated Member The rights and duties, of the members, are well defined. A unique highempowered Committee PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE is being placed, between General Body and Executive Committee. The PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE can undertake the formulation of Programmes, as per policy and priority of General Body and Executive Committee. The areas of PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE are formulation of questionnaires, feasibility study, Programme formulation and strategies for Programme implementation and Programme Performation Evaluation and Corrective measures, for high programme impact.
