Asyouworktoadvanceyourbudgetplans,pleaseknowthatTierVIshouldbepassedanditmust includeadefinedcontributionoption.Whilethedefinedbenefitchangessavemoney,thedefined contributionisthetransformativepiecethatweneedandfutureworkerswant.Itwillbeasignificant legislativechangethatwillshowtaxpayersthatitisnotjustbusinessasusualinAlbany.
