One of the people of the state of California, Jack Rabbit Patriot, who being of age and competent to testify, and having first hand knowledge of the facts herein, states that the following is true, correct, complete, not misleading, the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, upon Affiants own unlimited commercial liability: 1. One living, breathing soul known as Jack Rabbit Patriot, Affiant, c/o United States Post Office, P.O. Box 222, Mariposa, California [DMM 122.32.] county known as Mariposa, having a sound mind, and over the age of twenty-one, reserving all Inherent, Inalienable, and Imprescriptible Rights, being unschooled in law, and who has no bar attorney, without an attorney, and having never been represented by an attorney, and does not waive counsel, not a pauper, vagabond, debtor, nor a fugitive form justice, owing you, or anyone or anything but love (the truth), unfettered by restraints of enfranchisement, not a vessel, knowingly, willingly, and voluntarily, Declares and Duly affirms, according by LAW, in special appearance, in time of peace and not in time for war or emergency, in good faith, with no intention for delaying or obstructing, and with full intent for impartiality by the judiciary, that the following statements and facts, in the matter(s) of Cause SUPERIOR COURT CASE # 777-44, and any matter relating for this Cause, are from My own first-hand knowledge, and are the truth, the whole truth, and nothing by the truth, with a belief in a life hereafter having rewards and punishments, so help Me The Eternal True Creator, who is the Truth. 3. Your offer for CONTRACT is hereby accepted by Jack Rabbit Patriot being venued under COMMON LAW and not being used in a foreign Cause SUPERIOR COURT CASE # 777-44. 4. I affirm that the person , who contracts with your office, for the collection of child support, also contracts as receiver of such support in her own name and by fraud. 5. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, have information and do believe, that one has created a conflict of interest over the same cause; that your office has been provided proof of payment as of May 14, 2001; that a lien against my personal and real property has been created without cause, or proof of claim. 6. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, do hereby have requested proof of your claim, within 10 days, of the receipt of Notice, to the Affiant, or otherwise expunge and altogether remove any claims against me in any form, not limited to a Lien against my real property or for a Levy or garnishment against my personal income, and no proof of claim has been provided by the Respondents. 7. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, do hereby have requested proof of your claim, within 10 days, of the receipt of Notice, to the Affiant, or otherwise expunge and altogether remove any claims against me in any form, not limited to a Charges of Contempt against my personal body and property and for a Levy or garnishment against my personal income, and denial of Driver License, making me a pauper in servitude and no proof of claim has been provided by the Respondents. 8. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, do hereby declare that the Respondents are debt collectors engaged in conduct with the natural consequence of which is to harass oppress, or abuse the Affiant in connection with the collection of a debt, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Sections 806, 807, 808, to the denial of liberty or claims against my property and for a Levy or garnishment against my personal income, and denial of Driver License, and access to right to work or travel, making me a pauper in servitude. 9. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, have no documents in my possession, nor does the

record show that the Respondents have a Verified Complaint, Probable Cause, Competent First hand Witness, or Indictment by the Grand Jury. 10. I have no source of income, and informed the Respondents of my financial embarrassment. 11. I have complained that I am poverty stricken and have been ignored by the Respondents. 12. I, Jack Rabbit Patriot, have been incarcerated in the Stanislaus County Jail, due to the actions of the Respondents. I was imprisoned without benefit of assistance of counsel. I did not waive my right to counsel. 13. As the result of the acts of the Respondents, I have been damaged financially, socially, and emotionally. I have been deprived of my right of travel and have constant apprehension of being incarcerated, punished, forever a prisoner of the Respondents the debt collectors and feel that my life is threatened by the Respondents. 14. Whereas the CONTRACT being your Oath for Office as District Attorney by Law is under the California State Constitution 1836, 1845, 1876, Article I, Section(s) 1-30, and the Constitution for the United States of America, Amendment 1 through Amendment 11 and is a valid CONTRACT in COMMON LAW.
