ITINERARY Day Description CHENNAI- DELHI-MANALI (10.03.2012) Day 01 Departure from delhi at 05 PM . Travel by over night Volvo A/c Bus from Delhi to Manali. Note: (* Early Check In-Subject to Availability). *Normal Check In Time is 1400 Hrs). IN MANALI (11.02.2012) Day 02 Arrival at Manali in the morning. You will be Picked up from bus stand & than Check in at hotel. In the Afternoon you can go for half day local city tour. Evening will be at leisure. Dinner & Over night at hotel. IN MANALI (12.02.2012) Day 03 Breakfast at hotel. Today full day excursion visit to Rohtang Pass (Snow Point in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) and Solang Valley. Dinner & Over night at hotel. IN MANALI (13.02.2012) After Breakfast at hotel today will be Excursion to Naggar Castle & Art Gallery. Return to hotel in the evening. You can explore the town / go to Mall Road late in the evening on your own. Dinner & Over night at hotel. DEPART FROM MANALI-DELHI (14.02.2012) After Breakfast at hotel you need to vacate the room by 11 AM. Afternoon will be at leisure .You can explore the Shopping malls of Manali on your own. In the evening at 04 PM board the Volvo AC bus for Delhi for over night journey. CANCELLATIONS :All services such as Train seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation for tours are pre-blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers / vendors if these services are released within the below mentioned time frame. If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. Such Cancellation will attract the following Cancellation Charges: Cancellation Charges Per Person Charges when a Cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to the departure of the tour 25% of the tour cost 10 days or more prior to the departure of the tour 50% of the tour cost 03 days or more prior to the departure of the tour 100% of the tour cost No Show 100% of the tour cost Any cancellation as and when levied by the Hotel / Coach Company / any other suppleres will be charged to the client in addition to the above.
