The WOLF Diet

Using a Whole Food Dog Diet to Introduce Hemp-derived Therapeutics

What is The WOLF Diet?

The WOLF Diet provides:

All necessary protein, fat and ber All vitamins, minerals, and trace elements Omega 3/6 fatty acids Prebiotic enzymes and active probiotic cultures

IDEA: Use whole food DOG diet to educate dog owners about cannabinoids; to open a new market for hemp-derived HUMAN therapeutics.

Why Dogs?
Dog biology shares many similarities with humans; dogs are used to test experimental human medicines and dog medicine is often simply repackaged human medication. Dogs live their life in a shorter period of time (Dog Years), and demonstrate sickness and improved health faster than humans. The WOLF Diet is virtually identical to human diets prescribed for people with intestinal disorders, skin conditions, and a range of other conditions. Dogs dont get drug tested at work or otherwise worry about trace amounts of THC in their food. This allows a dog to demonstrate the benets (and lack of detrimental effects) of cannabinoids to a skeptical owner.

Whole Diet
Ready-mix complete diet
Direct replacement for commercial dog food. Complete mix of all ingredients required by The WOLF Diet. Freeze-dried raw meats and other ingredients can be stored cheaply for long periods of time and provide all the benets of fresh raw ingredients.

1-step just add water approach

Adding water to freeze-dried foods reanimates the food close to its original consistency. Daily interaction with The WOLF Diet teaches the dog owner the simplicity of the diet and the rapid results achieved by a real food diet.

Premium product with premium margins

Competitive premium raw food diets are prohibitively expensive due to logistics of processing and distributing fresh or frozen foods. Redirected waste products and use of freeze drying should allow for a substantially lower price point than competitive fresh/raw meat products at higher margins.

Animal-derived Ingredients
Raw meat
Organic free-range beef, bison, pork, and wild game. Grass-fed chicken, turkey and other poultry. Salmon, white sh, crab, shrimp and other wild caught seafood.

Offal
Livers, hearts, kidneys and other animal guts. Stomach tripe from cows and bison. Seafood guts and other waste products.

Bones
Finely powdered beef, bison, and poultry bone can be added to all meat blends. Small and large chunk whole beef and bison bones can be added to food or sold as chew toys. Seafood shells and bones can be powdered or rough ground and added to all meat blends.

Plant-derived Ingredients
Hemp
Whole hemp seeds for texture. Hemp oil for protein and Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids. Raw hemp chaff for all medicinal cannabinoids: THC, CBD, CBN, THCV, CGC, CBG.

Vegetables & Fruit

Green leafy vegetables for full spectrum of vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants. Fruit for vitamins, ber, and low glycemic sugars. Fruits and vegetables are most easily digested when well ripe, but not spoiled. Almost waste produce can be used as a low-cost source of unprocessed vegetables and fruit.

Minerals and benecial bacteria

Yogurt, ker, and other cultured foods provide benecial bacteria to aid in digestion. Kelp and alfalfa powder provide virtually all trace minerals needed for proper metabolism. Medicinal herbs for holistic health and added avor.

Just the Sauce!

Supplements to homemade
Most important parts of Whole Diet repackaged as supplement to homemade meat & vegetables. Full serving of cannabinoids, trace minerals, Omega 3/6 fatty acids, and probiotic cultures.

Ill just make it myself...

Homemade diets are the largest competition for a premium pre-made raw food diet. Just the sauce! option offers a way to include these consumers at a lower perceived cost than the Whole Diet. Many potential customers are unable or unwilling to pay a price premium for a complete dog food diet but they still wish to add the magic ingredients to their pets diet.

Snacks & Accessories

Bones and prepared snacks
Additional revenue stream from both Whole Diet and Just the Sauce! customers. Source of additional minerals, Omega 3/6 fatty acids, and other magic ingredients for customers choosing to make their own raw food base.

Make it at home accessories

Line of at-home products to support customers wishing to manufacture their own dog food; including meat grinders, yogurt makers, and food dehydrators. These accessories help encourage customers to take the Just the sauce! guided approach and still remain within the MLM family instead of independently making their own food.

Poop disposal
Dogs on The WOLF Diet will naturally have smaller, less foul-smelling poop that naturally biodegrades several times faster than waste from dogs on a commercial food diet. Compost accelerator sprays and powders can be repackaged as WOLF Diet - Poop Compost Accelerator to highlight this difference and naturally decompose the waste within days.

Why Freeze-dried?
Preserves benecial bacteria, vitamins and enzymes indenitely. Unlike dehydrated food, freeze-dried foods rehydrate into a similar consistency as raw. 80% reduction in product bulk; retains 98% of nutrients. Can be stored and transported at room temperature for long periods of time without losing quality. Allows for distributed and asynchronous manufacturing systems.

Applicability to Humans
When the meat in The WOLF Diet is cooked, this diet suddenly looks like many of the miracle diets intended to treat intestinal disorders, degenerative disease, skin conditions, and many other common health conditions.

Whole food diet

Diets high in raw, unprocessed foods have been shown to help with virtually all modern human health conditions. Raw foods contain many enzymes and benecial bacteria that promote healthy digestive function and a strong immune system. Most adults are aware of the health benets of raw foods, but such a diet is perceived to be lacking in avor, variety, or too high cost for everyday adherence.

Omega 3/6 fatty acids

Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are shown to improve skin and coat quality in dogs. In humans, EFAs are shown to improve a range of skin conditions, maintain proper brain and neurologic function, and improve overall health. EFAs are required for normal metabolic function and cannot be produced naturally by the human body. Natural hemp seed and seed oil provide a natural balance of essential fatty acids.

IDEA: A new NON-PROFIT rooted in local communities to source high quality ingredients and make food at the LOWEST COST possible.

The Local Food Project

Goals of the project
Put people to work locally. Teach Green & Organic life skills. Source organic ingredients at the lowest possible cost. Maximize efciency in the supply chain.

Stakeholder Benets
Jobs for unemployed veterans, disabled, food stamp recipients and other disadvantaged communities. Suppliers qualify for a variety of tax incentives for working with the non-prot. Non-prot qualies for a variety of government incentives and tax breaks that lower the total effective cost of production. Decentralized freeze-dried production enables asynchronous manufacturing and warehousing of seasonal ingredients. Access to small-scale organic producers across the continent not otherwise economically viable. Ability over time to expand and include virtually all supply chain activities of the dog food company and any human products that may follow.

Anatomy of Operations
The Local Food Project is organized around local chapters that source ingredients from within their community. Local Chapters
Source local meat and byproducts. Collect almost spoiled produce from local grocers. Mix recipes and prepare raw meats for freeze-drying.

Freeze-drying Facility
Regional freeze-drying facilities receive ready to dry material from local chapters. Dry and stockpile raw materials. Perform limited assembly of dried ingredients.

Final Assembly
Receive all ingredients from regional freeze-drying plants. Source materials not available to local chapters. Assemble all nal products. Final distribution.

Virtually all cost for freeze drying equipment and other industrial-scale food processing can be shifted to the non-prot. Non-prot may qualify for preferential nancing in partnership with local banks.

Commodity price stability:

Non-prot can locally source meat by-products and almost spoiled produce for a fraction of the cost of Grade A ingredients. Non-prot can sign long-term sales agreements with sponsor company to supply all ingredients at xed prices; guaranteed income to non-prot and commodity price stability to sponsor company.

Long-term Expansion
The Local Food Project can expand into human food products and alternative forms of local food production. Urban Farming
