Any organization ab-initio requires a defined administrative framework. The complexity and sophistication of organizations in their functionalities have grown by multitudes in the past few decades, therefore lack of planning and structured administration can heavily paralyze an organization. This calls for a well designed approach of structuring an organization at its formative state. AIMS is an all in one solution for organizational planning and implementation through a structured framework of administration and information system. AIMS offers a closed loop system (i.e. feedback from information management system) whereby an organization functions with complete integration and predictability. In context of AIMS, inputs to a system or organization can be raw-materials, human resources, machineries, power supply etc. and the outputs may be products, services, quality, profit, sales etc. AIMS enables a complete designed structure of various layers of inputs and outputs and integration between them with further effectuation through Electronic-AIMS (EAIMS) where automation of input, output and feedback systems is done.
The automation incorporates both hardware and software instruments resulting in an agile administrative framework with multitasking capabilities. The figure below exemplifies an organization with and without AIMS.
