SCENE 1 - CHASE SCENE - DAY Agent 009 and Mr.Cycan are in a chase scene in the woods. Agent 009 is barely ahead of Mr.Cycan. FADES IN FROM BLACK. CAMERA 1 PANS ACROSS GROUND AS AGENT 009 RUNS PAST CAMERA THEN AS SECONDS PASS, MR.CYCAN THEN PASSES THROUGH. FROM SHINS DOWNWARD IS VISIBLE.

SAME SHOT SEQUENCE AS BEFORE BUT OVER A SMALL CREEK. THE TWO 00:00:08 JUMP OVER QUICKLY OVER THE CREEK. ABOUT ALL OF THEIR LOWER HALF IS SEEN. AGENT 009 STILL AHEAD. Agent 009, which is trying to lose Mr.Cycan, starts to run quickly about another 24 feet uphill in an effort to lose Mr.Cycan. CAMERA 1 IS TO THE TOP RIGHT DIAGONAL VIEW OF AGENT 009. HE THEN RUNS PAST THE CAMERA. He pauses at a large tree at the top of the hill, slightly leaning his head against it. CAMERA 1 ON AGENT 009'S HAND HOLDING THE GRAND WATCH. During this, Agent 009 was checking his hand for the watch. While turning his head back to the action... CAMERA 1, PAN ACROSS FACE TO SEE MR.CYCAN COMING. Agent 009 is panting heavily, ready to react. Mr.Cycan stands for a moment holding a pistol, ready to fire. CAMERA 2 STARTS ON THE GROUND AND PANS UP TO WAIST LEVEL TO REVEAL MR.CYCAN HOLDING THE GUN. CUT TO.. SIDE VIEW, AGENT 009 BOLTS AWAY. QUICK SHOT ON MR.CYCAN IMMEDIATELY FIRING SHOTS AT AGENT 009. HE THEN BOLTS AFTER AGENT 009 Agent 009 is running intensely. There is a medium sized branch on the ground which he does not see. He trips over it. CAMERA 1, IN SLOW MOTION, WE SEE THE GRAND WATCH FLYING OUT OF HIS HAND. Agent 009 then falls into the ground harshly. BLASTS PAST THE CAMERA, PICKING IT UP WHILE RUNNING. CAMERA 1 VIEWS AGENT 009 AS HE STANDS UP, IN DISGUST. Agent 009 is angry and disappointed that he lost the watch. CAMERA 1 IS BEHIND AGENT 009 FROM A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 12 FEET. WE SEE THE MAGNITUDE OF THE FOREST COMPARED TO HIM. Agent 009, with his muddy, dirty shirt and pants, walks away into the forest of trees. DISSOLVE TO BLACK END SCENE 1. SCENE 2 - OPENING CREDITS Roll clip. DISSOLVE TO BLACK END SCENE 2. SCENE 3- STROLL IN THE PARK -EVENING (April May is sitting on the bench at a park patiently waiting for Agent 009 to arrive. She keeps a look out for him) Agent 009 is seen walking into sight. Drowsy, but happy to see April May. Miss April May runs to him. Gives him a rather long hug as if they haven't seen each other in awhile. Then the hug stops. MISS APRIL MAY (Excited) Jon! it's been soooo long since I last saw you! How have you been? AGENT 009 Ehh, Could be better. Could be worse. They hold their hands. Start walking. MISS APRIL MAY Don't take this the wrong way but something is wrong with you. You were always so... happy, but now whenever I see you, you're always depressed. I'm worried about you. MISS APRIL MAY Just tell me. There's nothing wrong with that. AGENT 009 I lost the watch during a hand over. And second... I'm still feeling depressed about this one friend of mine. MISS APRIL MAY Could you specify what friend please? Is it anyone I know? AGENT 009 It was just a fellow agent of mine that you wouldn't know okay... (awkward silence) enough about me, how goes your day? Agent 009 is feeling uncomfortable about this situation so he tries to stop talking about it but fails. April May presses on like an interrogator. MISS APRIL MAY Jon, look, don't be this way. All I want is for you to be not depressed at least. So could you just tell me what's bothering you? The two sit down on the nearest bench. AGENT 009 Him and I were best friends. We would always there for each other. But then, at the time, Mr.Cycan was wanted for some other crimes that he had committed. So we headed off to one of his estates and to keep it simple, I got captured. He tried to save me, and... got killed. Seeing somebody die for you like that, it changes you. You're never the same after that. I,... Miss April May is somewhat shocked but at the same time isn't. MISS APRIL MAY I'm not mad at you. Not at all. It just would have been nice if I found out sooner.

AGENT 009 I'm sorry, I just... MISS APRIL MAY No, you're right, don't worry about it because in the end Jon, there's nothing you can do about it. AGENT 009 I know but, it just leaves this empty hole in my life. It just feels like something is missing. Miss April May can tell that Agent 009 is pretty sad so she tries to make him feel better. MISS APRIL MAY What would make you feel better? AGENT 009 Well, I've always wanted to try one thing. CLOSE UP ON THE TWO AS THEY SHARE A SOFT, SWEET KISS. Agent 009 gives a small, happy grin as well as April May. SIDE SHOT ON THE TWO AS THEY SLOWLY BACK AWAY FROM THEIR KISS THEN REVOLVES UP TO THE BRIGHT SKY FADE TO WHITE END SCENE 3. Agent 009 follows the receptionist throughout the building. Then the receptionist leaves. Agent 009 opens the door. CAMERA 1 ON ON THE SIDE OF A WALL. SEE AGENT 009 WALK IN. The door closes abruptly. Agent 009 is now in the waiting room for E. Miss April May is at the desk. Agent 009 walks up again to the desk. CAMERA 1 BEHIND AGENT 009. MISS APRIL MAY IS FOCUSED. MISS APRIL MAY Why how are we today? AGENT 009 Alright, I guess. MISS APRIL MAY Good, E's just finishing up. He'll be with you shortly. CAMERA 1 IN THE EYEVIEW OF AGENT 009. There is a row of chairs along a wall of which to sit. There are about 2 to 3 people already sitting somewhere. They are all giving him weird looks. CAMERA 1, STILL IN THE EYEVIEW OF AGENT 009 SEES THE EXPRESSIONS PEOPLE GIVE HIM. Agent 009, trying to just ignore them, takes a seat at the end of the row. CAMERA 1 STRAIGHT ON THE WHOLE ROW OF SEATS. WE SEE ALL THE CHARACTERS. SOME PEOPLE GIVE HIM A THREATENING LOOK. SOME PEOPLE GIVE HIM A "YOU'RE UGLY" LOOK. AGENT 009 IS JUST STARING INTO SPACE. CAMERA 1 ANGLED SHOT ON AGENT 009, WHO KNOWS HE IS NEXT SO HE STANDS UP. NOW HAS A WORRIED LOOK ON HIS FACE. Agent 009 walks toward the door, and opens it. He walks into the room. CAMERA 1 SEES E AT HIS DESK. HE LOOKS AT AGENT 009. E Ah, Double O Nine, come in... sit down. As Agent 009 is taking a seat. AGENT 009 Uh, so what was that last guy crying about? CAMERA 1 ON E. E There are some things I prefer not to tell anyone Agent 009. And there are some things I...just nevermind. CAMERA 1 FOCUSES ON E AS HE GIVES HIS SMALL LECTURE. E Now anyways, here are the facts: , There is a man called Mr.Cycan, as you very well now. Mr.Cycan is known to be one of the youngest and greatest theifs in the 21st century. He has stolen countless item's such as the Red Ruby in New York to one of the pages from the original Declaration of Independence. His latest theft is the Grand Watch. Your probably have never heard of it, but it is one of the last remaining artifacts of the 18th century by the famous inventor Benjamin Franklin. Mr.Cycan still has possession of it and authorities are still clueless of where it is. Are you up to the job of recovering the Grand Watch? CAMERA 1 FOCUSES ON AGENT 009. AGENT 009 Wait... so you want me to recover that watch?

E Agent 009, I don't have time for your games. Yes or no? CAMERA 1 BACK ON AGENT 009. AGENT 009 Yeah, sure... do you have any information on where he may be hiding? CAMERA 1 FOCUSES BACK ON E. E Yes, there is. Now this is the man in charge of the faculty where the watch was stolen from. He is going to explain a little about it. As E is talking, the diplomat walks through the door and takes a seat next to Agent 009. CAMERA 1 ON IS ON FOCUS OF THE DIPLOMAT. DIPLOMAT Thank you, E. Mr.Cycan has a fortress, but we don't know where at all it is, or where inside it Mr.Cycn may be hiding the watch. Double O Nine, this watch is worth a great deal of money. If Mr.Cycan where to try to sell it on the Black Market, whole countries would pay hundreds of millions of dollars for it. The American government wants it back, and they prefer that it is done quickly and quietly. AGENT 009 That's great and all, but what can you tell me about the watch itself? DIPLOMAT There is not much to tell. really. IT is a plain looking watch, with hour, minute, and second hands that look like silver arrows. True, it tells time... extremely accurately, might I add... but it also possess the capability of shutting down all electrical devices within 100 miles of where it is activated. If used correctly, it could shut down all power to an entire city, rendering it's electronic defenses useless. CAMERA 1 FOCUSED BACK ON E. E Double O Nine, if Mr.Cycan is able to use the watch, he could cause untold damage. I don't have to tell you how critical it is that you bring that watch back before he is able to use it. AGENT 009 You can depend on me, sir. CAMERA 1 ON ALL STANDING UP. All stand. E Good. (Shake hands) Agent 005 is waiting for you in the equipment room. DIPLOMAT Good luck Double O Nine. CAMERA 1 CATCHES AGENT 009 AS HE RE-ENTERS THE RECEPTION OFFICE. THE PEOPLE THAT WERE WAITING IN THE WAITING ROOM BEFORE HAND ARE GONE. Agent 009 walks over to the hat stand and removes his hat. Miss April May stands up. She walks over to Jon. Agent 009 is still holding his hat. MISS APRIL MAY (As she is straightening his suit front and tie) Now Jon, just remember what is at stake here... AGENT 009 Yes, this could turn into an international incident. MISS APRIL MAY No, think about it... AGENT 009 Oh, right. Every decision I have made has been the wrong one. How about you take the point on this one. CAMERA 1 IS FOCUSED BACK ON AGENT 005. AGENT 005 Okay Double O Nine, if that's what you want. (As if already planned) Here is your suitcase. Agent 005 opens a brown suitcase. Inside are one small and one large set of Binoculars, along with a pistol, a silencer, and an extra clip. The briefcase is shallower than it appears on the outside. CAMERA 1 GETS A GLIMPSE AT ALL WHAT IS IN THE SUITCASE. AGENT 005 Now here is your standard equipment... field glasses with night vision attachment, listening device, radio, watch, and of course, your pistol. Agent 005 reaches into the briefcase and lifts up the false bottom of relieving stacks of bills and a passport. AGENT 005 A couple hundred in cash is in the false bottom, along with your passport. (Agent 005 picks up the passport) I assume you wouldn't mind being called, Mr...ugh (opens passport) James Bond? Agent 005 closes and locks the briefcase, picks it up, and hands it to Agent 009. He then hands Agent 009 the passport. CAMERA 1 ON THE EXCHANGE. AGENT 005 I will handle the big guns. AGENT 005 This is everything I should need to keep you covered while you try to get into Mr.Cycan's place. If you need me for something, just say so. CAMERA 1 FOCUSED ON AGENT 009. AGENT 009 Thank you Double O Five, is there anything else? CAMERA 1 IS BACK FOCUSED ON AGENT 005. AGENT 005 Glad you asked. You are scheduled to rendezvous a week from now at 1800 Zulu time, or in simpler terms, 6 pm. We do know that Mr.Cycan will be making a night of it at that time, so you will have plenty of time before he comes back to get in and get the watch. This particular estate of his, is rather small and innocent looking, but don't be fooled, the watch must rest in that house. CAMERA 1 FOCUSED ON AGENT 009. CAMERA 1 CLOSE UP ON AGENT 009'S FACE. AGENT 009 This is alpha red calling blue square. Come in blue square. (V.O.)AGENT 005 About time alpha red, you're late. AGENT 009 Well at least I can get a date. (V.O.)AGENT 005 (Pause) That's ice cold. Just for that, you have to guess where I am. AGENT 009 (looks around for signs of Agent 005) Ok, quit your games, where are you? Agent 009 uncovers himself right next to Agent 009. He was underneath a snow covered tarp, and he folds it back to reveal himself, also in black attire, with a gun on a bi-pod in his hand, a pistol on the ground, and a pair of field glasses next to the pistol. CAMERA 1 TO REVEAL AGENT 005. AGENT 005 Right here genius. AGENT 009 (Kneeling down) What's going on? AGENT 005 Nothing. Quiet as a brook. One guard in the front, outside, and a simple security system. Take a look. CAMERA 1 IN NIGHT VISION MODE. LOOKING AT THE HOUSE ENTRY. AGENT 005 (V.O.) Ok, see the back door, it is wired into the alarm with a simple magnetic plate sensor. You just need to put a magnet on the plate that is on the building and you will go in silent. 13 AGENT 005 (V.O.) (CONT'D) to the door? That controls the alarm, if that goes off, everyone within five miles will know you are in that building. No pressure. CAMERA 1 ABOVE THE TWO CHARACTERS. DOES A CIRCLE AROUND THE CHARACTERS WHILE GETTING CLOSER TO FOCUS IN ON THE MAP. AGENT 005 Here is a map of that place. (Refers to the map on the tarp) Here is the study. My thermal scope shows that the only safe is in that office. AGENT 009 (Looks in the scope again) How can you tell? (V.O.)AGENT 005 When a safe is wired into an alarm system, the mechanism creates a round patch of heat where the tumblers of the safe are. As far as I can tell, the desk is not wired, so you should try to look through that also. Just get in, get the watch, and get out. I don't want that guard getting too suspicious. CAMERA 1 CLOSE UP ON AGENT 005. THEN AGENT 009. AGENT 009 Ok. Well, here goes nothing. Agent 009 stands, puts his field glasses back in his bag, pulls out a small magnet and his gun, and starts slinking towards the house. CUT TO... Agent 009 gets to the door, places the magnet opens the door and enters the house, leaving the door open. //The house is well lit inside. CAMERA 1 PANS ACROSS THE WALL TO FIND AGENT 009 AND TWO GUARDS IN THE NEAREST HALLWAY. CAMERA 1 BEHIND ANOTHER GUARD WHICH HAS AGENT 009 CREEPING IN ON THE BACKGROUND. Agent 009 does a melee attack on the guard which silently takes him out. AGENT 009 (Into the mic) House looks clear, I'm going to the study. CAMERA 1 IN THE SAFE ROOM, IT IS DARK. YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE LIGHT FROM THE HALLWAY. Agent 009 pokes himself through the door and into the room. CAMERA 1 ON AGENT 009 PULLING OUT THE LIGHT. HE IS BARELY VISIBLE. Once inside, he pulls out a light, and goes to the safe. Using his watch, he cracks the safe and opens it. Inside are some papers, which Agent 009 looks through. AGENT 009 (CONT'D) Nothing here, unless you count post-its and paper clips... Agent 009 hears footsteps coming near the door. (V.O)AGENT 005 Alright... AGENT 009 Uh, 005, I gotta go... Meet me in the back. Agent 009 hides right next to the door. It is dark in the room. CAMERA 1 SIDE SHOT ON THE TWO GUARDS COMING IN. GUARD 1 You sure you heard something in here? GUARD 2 Yes, I'm positive. CAMERA 1 ON A GUARD SHINING HIS LIGHT RIGHT ON AGENT 009. AGENT 009 Why hello there. Agent 009 grabs the one guards hand and using his melee moves, brings him around and slams him to the wall, he falls

to the ground. CAMERA 1 ON THE OTHER GUARD. The other guard just pulled out his own pistol. But just before the guard shoots at him, Agent 009 beats him to it and fires at him. AGENT 009 Bad, bad guard. CAMERA 1 ON THE GUARD ON THE GROUND PICKING HIMSELF UP AND STARTING TO WALK TOWARDS AGENT 009 TO STRANGLE HIM. Agent 009 is starting to walk out the door when the guy barely touches Agent 009, trying to choke him. Agent 009 gives him an elbow to the chest. AGENT 009 Oh, forgot about you. CAMERA 1 ON AGENT 009 WALKING OUT OF THE EXIT. CAMERA 1 ON AGENT 005 WAITING FOR HIM AGENT 005 So what happened? AGENT 009 We'll talk about it another time. CUT ON THE TWO LEAVING. END SCENE 5. SCENE 6 - ANOTHER DATE - THE NEXT DAY -EVENING CAMERA 1 ON THE TWO PLAYING THE GAME OF SORRY. Both Agent 009 and Miss April May are enjoying each other's company. They are playing the game of "Sorry!" together in the comfort of Agent 009's house. There is popcorn on the coffee table. They are both having a good time. They are both in casual outfits. Agent 009 moves a pawn into the winning zone. AGENT 009 (Teasing)Sorry, but you just lost another game. MISS APRIL MAY (Trying to act casual)You know, you got a busy schedule coming up... AGENT 009 Why yes, yes I do. (Jokingly)Whatever shall I do without you? CAMERA 1 ON MISS APRIL MAY JUST ABOUT TO LEAVE. Miss April May looks at him in response. MISS APRIL MAY Yeah...sure. Bye. AGENT 009 Goodbye. Miss April May steps out of the door. The door closes.
