Steady Build a Steady Path from College Campus 2 Career Proficiency Enhancement Programme to MSW & MBA Students
In reality, there is woeful inadequacy and enormous gap between what Universities / institutes churn out students and what Industry needs. Students of Professional courses like MSW and MBA roughly 25-30 % are getting employment immediately. Vast majority who are not meeting the requirement of the Industry are required to run fast and go extra miles to develop their competencies and be employable. Young professionals face challenges on taking up employment to set up H R processes, Systems, frameworks and methodologies that create an institutionalized foundation to deliver great results consistently. Nuance of managing successful execution / implementation skills are learnt only through experience. Given the volatilities of the industry today, companies find it hard to train the new entrants in all the areas themselves. Students can choose the workshop titles based on their interest to get practical exposure, experiential learnings and pave way for Proficiency Development.

Professional Fee.
Rs 450 / per one day workshop if less than 3 workshop in a year OR Rs. 400/ per student per one day workshop if more than 3 Workshops in a year OR Rs. 3000/ per student for 8 Workshops in a Year. The programme to be conducted in colleges outside Bangalore need to bear the additional cost of Train / Air Fare from the shortest distance and incidental expenses at actual and provide free accommodation for two faculty.
