Introduction of Multilingual Capability Indian Bank Nov 2001 - May 2002 Chennai, India Programmer trainee The main aim of the project is to develop the applications in the regional languages of India. Before developing application, feasibility study was executed for the project. Feasibility study

was mainly focussing on how the data would be stored in the database and how to enable the keyboard drivers to support the regional languages of India. Pro*C was used for reports, because it not only support character based reports but also it supports Unicode which is a standard for multilingual projects. Main goal of the project was to enable Indian bank customer to use their applications in multiple languages.
