Assembling and Testing

HOKAMI CZ s.r.o. has been supplying printed circuit boards
since 1997.
The business was rapidly able to satisfy customer demands for
a complete PCB assembly service. Considerable investment has
been made in technical equipment which has provided us with
a manufacturing capability to assemble up to 5 million compo-
nents per month.
High quality equipment combined with the extensive know-
how of our staff enables us to successfully carry out almost all
methods of assembly. Classic and SMD components can be
assembled on both sides.
In 2002 we achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. Today we
can offer our customers a comprehensive, competitive portfolio
of services together with the manufacture and assembly of
printed circuit boards.
Hokami CZ assembles PCBs supplied by our customer so the
PCB from our production. PCBs are assembled with SMD com-
ponents so we do the classic assembling. High standart or the
technical equipment and Know-how of our co-workers provide
us to do all methods of assembling. The considerably investment
to technical equipment provide us with capacity of 5 mil compo-
nents/month. That goes without saying, that we offer visual test.
If the customer require we provide function test and IC-test. For
cable/cable sets/ testing we use special cable testers.
