How it works
The preferred vendors do not need to be signed up with Locatory user enters them into the system. Vendors receive RFQs via the email. They can quote by:

Filling the form in the e-mail

Filling the online form

Replying to the email.
If options A and B are chosen, the system will automatically capture the data and consolidate in a single table together with quotes from the open market. If the option C is chosen the reply will go to the users inbox, but will not be captured by the system.
