This two-day Press Brake Operators Course, aimed at those with limited PC skills and a knowledge of general engineering practices, is offered as an introduction to the safe operation of TRUMPF Press Braking machines and focuses primarily on:Machine Safety Machine Construction and Layout Control Operation Bending Theory Manual Programming Safe Machine Operation which will provide a platform for on-going training on TRUMPF Press Brakes. On completion of this training course the trainee will be able to perform all necessary functions to enable the machine to be used in a safe and efficient manner; understand the theory of Bending technology and be aware of the regular maintenance requirements needed to keep the machine working efficiently.

Course Pre-Requisites
For machine operators, no previous experience is necessary but PC skills are required and a knowledge of general engineering practices is essential. For TruTops courses, all delegates should feel comfortable operating a PC and a knowledge of both CAD and general engineering practices would be beneficial. Maintenance experience in the relevant technology is required for all Basic Maintenance courses.
