DrBillDeagleMD 15/08/2006 Thereexistawidevarietyofmindcontroldrugs,includedinfoods,watersupplies, prescriptionmedications,theatmosphere,andothersubstancesingestedorinhaledbythe masspopulationoftheEarth. Amongthese,someofthemostprevalentandimpactingarefoodadditives,suchas artificialsweeteners,andantidepressantmedication,particularlyserotonergics. Therealsomanytechnologicalmindcontrolmethodsbeingemployed.Forgeneral mindcontrolofthepopulation,ELF,MicrowaveandRFtransmissionsareused. Cyberneticimplantsarealsousedforsomespecificallyprogrammedindividuals.1 Thereareplaceswherethetechnological/electromagneticformsofmindcontroloverlap withthebiochemicalmethods.Anexampleistheartificialsweetener,aspartame. AspartamewasdiscoveredbyJamesM.Schlatter,achemistworkingforG.D.Searle& Company.Hewaslookingforanewantiulcerdrug.Itwasaserendipitouslickofhis chemicallylacedfingerthatledhimtotakenoteofthepeculiarsweetnessofthe substance.Itwasverysweetindeed:over200timessweeterthansugar.2 ItwasntlongbeforeSearleandCompanywerepushingforthemarketingofthisdrugas anartificialsweetener.However,theFDAwerereluctanttoapprovethissubstance withoutfurtherresearchintoitseffects.Somepreliminaryresearchshowedthatitcaused braintumors.Itwouldappearthattherewasnohopeforaspartameasasweetener,asno onewouldapproveofitsuse.3 Somewherealongtheline,however,theCIAandtheU.S.DefenseDepartmentbecame involved. SearleandHoffmanLaRochewerebothdirectlyinvolvedinCIAmindcontroldrug researchunderProjectMKULTRAandothermindcontrolresearchprojects. Atthistime,theCIAwasveryinterestedinmindcontrolofthemasses.Theevidence showsthattheyareequallyasinterestednow,ifnotmoreso.Oneofthedrugsthatthey weredeeplyinterestedinwasLSD.Thiswasamongmanythousandsofotherswhich wereusedinexperimentsonunwittinghumansubjects.4

HoffmanLaRochewasboughtoutbyI.G.Farben,theNazichemicalgiant,beforethe outbreakofWorldWarII.Itwasthemanufacturerofthemindcontroldrug,Valium, whichlaunchedin1963.5 Bybreakingdownintophenylalanineandmethanol,aspartameincreasesthe phenylalanineconcentrationinthebrain.Theformofphenylalanineproducedbythe breakdownofaspartamecannotbeeasilybrokendown,i.e.byphenylalaninehyroxylase. Thus,phenylalaninebuildsupinthebloodstream,crossingthebloodbrainbarrier. Phenylalaninelowersthethresholdforactionpotentialinindividualneurons,thus increasingtheirsusceptibilitytorandomfiring.Thiscanresultinseizuresinthoseprone tothem,orinextendedspikewaves,asshownonEEG,duetolongerexcitationof neurons.67 Forthisreason,U.S.AirForcepilotshavebeenbannedfromdrinkingdietsoftdrinksor othersubstancescontainingaspartame.Ithasbeenshowninstudiesthattheconsumption ofsuchsubstancesduringtheFirstGulfWarresultedinepilepticseizuresinseveral pilots. Moreimportantly,Aspartameitselfcrossesthebloodbrainbarrierandbondstothe glutamatereceptor.Thisitselflowerstheactionpotentialthresholdofneuronsinthe brain.Thus,regardlessoftemperature(whichisrequiredforsignificantquantitiesof aspartametobreakdown),aspartamewillhavethesamebasiceffect.8 TotheCIA,thedesiredeffectisthataspartamemakesthebrainmoresusceptibleto programmingbyELF(extralowfrequency)transmission.Thisisbecause,withalower averageactionpotentialthreshold,thebrainmoreeasilylocksontotheELFsignal.In effect,anELFpulseofbetween113hzcaninducespecificneuronimpulsefrequencies. Specificfrequenciesaredirectlyassociatedwithspecificemotions.Evenmore,specific transmissionscansubconsciouslyimplanttheinterferencepatternsassociatedwiththe holographicbrainimprintofsights,sounds,memories,andthoughts.9 TherearevariousELFandRF(radiofrequency)mindcontroldevicesinusebythe UnitedStatesgovernmentatthistime.Numerouspatentsexistonthesetechnologies datingbacktothe1950s1011121314.Inaddition,theSovietUnionbeganexperimenting withELFformindcontrolpurposesinthe1950s.15 ViatheWernickeArea,thepartofthebrainwhichisinvolvedintheformulationof linguisticandmusicalideasandpatterns;words,commands,andsubconscious programmingcanbedownloadedintothehumanbrain. Asanulcerdrug,aspartamewasnexttoworthless.Asamindcontroldrug,however,as CIAscientistsatSearlediscovered,itwashighlyeffectiveatdecreasingtheoverall abilityoftheindividualtoresistelectromagneticmindcontrol.

In1981,thenPresidentRonaldReaganfiredtheFDACommissionerandreplacedhim withArthurHullHayes,aDefenseDepartmentcontractorwithtiestotheCIA.Thiswas almostwhollytheresultoflobbyingbytheCEOofG.D.SearleandCo.Atthattime,the CEOofSearlewasnoneotherthanDonaldRumsfeld,theformer(13th)Secretaryof DefenseunderMKULTRAinvolvedGeraldFord.Rumsfeldwashimselfalsodirectly involvedintheadministrationofMKULTRA,althoughmostofthedocumentsrelatingto hisinvolvementweredestroyedinthe1970sforfearofpublicoutcry.Thiswasduring thetimeofthesocalledChurchHearings,inwhichMKULTRAwaspartially,but minimally,exposed,undertheFreedomofInformationAct,muchtothehorrorofthe Americanpeople.16 ArthurHullHayeswasmorethanhappytoapproveofaspartamespublicuseasa sweetener,ashehimselfhadmorethanalittletogainfromhisIlluminatimasters.His ownCouncilofCommissioners,however,specificallyadvisedhim,DoNotApproveof Aspartame. AtthebehestoftheWindsorRockefellermilitaryindustrialcomplex,however,hetotally disobeyedtheirwarnings,andapprovedofaspartamesusein,forinstance,carbonated softdrinks.HelefttheFDAin1983toworkforSearleasaseniorpublicrelations consultantattheiradvertisingagency,BursonMarsteller.171819 Atthattime(early1980s),theCEOofCocaCola,RobertoC.Goizueta,wasaregular BilderbergGroupattendee.ItwasataBilderbergmeetingthathewasencouragedto overseetheuseofaspartameasthesweetenerinDietCoke.Inaddition,hebecamea memberoftheCFR(CouncilonForeignRelations)andremainedamemberuntilhis deathin1997.2021 Withinadecade,aspartame,undertheMonsantocontrolledbrandname,NutraSweet,or Equal,becamecommonplaceindiners,andinthebloodstreamsofAmericans, Europeans,andJapanese.Theenormousquantitiesofphenylalanineproducedbyonlya singlecanofDietCokeorDietPepsiarestaggering.22Approximately2%ofall aspartameinthebodyeasilycrossesthebloodbrainbarrierandlocksontotheglutamate receptor.Thisamountcanincreaseifthetemperatureoftheaspartamesolutionishigh (causesacceleratedbreakdownofaspartameintophenylalanineandmethanol).The averagecanofDietCokecontains200mLofaspartame.Dothemath. Itwouldappearthat,asmanyhavestated,DietCokeandPepsiarepoisonoustothe humanbody.23 Inadditiontoitsapplicationsinmindcontrol,aspartamehasbeenshowntocause disordersrangingfrommentalretardation,toseizures,toarthritisandblindness(dueto theeffectsofmethanolontheopticnerve).Symptomsofmultiplesclerosis,chronic fatigue,rheumatoidarthritis,depression,moodswings,andirritability,haveallbeen

linkedtoaspartameconsumption,andshowntoimprovewhenconsumptionis terminated.24Aspartamecanalsocausebraincancer.25 Butwithoutaspartame,whatdowedoforasweetener?Howtowestaythinandstill consumesweetfoods? Thereareactuallydozensofsafe,available,naturalalternativestoaspartame(and sucralose(Splenda)isnotoneofthem),amongthemarestevioside(stevia)(aproteinthat is300xthesweetnessofsugar)26andthaumatin(aproteinthatisover2000xthe sweetnessofsugar).UnfortunatelyforAmericans,steviahasbeenbannedintheUnited States,bytheFDA,underthedictatorialinfluenceoftheMonsantocorporation. Followingthisevent,manyofthecommissionerswhohadbeeninvolvedinthisbanleft theFDAtoworkforNutrasweet!27 Conclusion:AspartameisNOTsafeforhumanconsumption,andshouldbebanned immediately.ThefactthatthecorruptandIlluminaticontrolledMonsantocorporation profitsfromitisnotreasonenoughtokeepitonthemarket.Ithasnoapplicationsexcept inmindcontrol.
