I have an in depth knowledge of the Ericsson and Huawei equipment both transmission and RF and I am looking to expand my experience within a role that combines new installations as well as maintenance services. Non-technical responsibilities; Liaising with NOC to secure site log in and log out respectively in accordance to the days or mid nights works order. Follow up on operation acceptance documents from regional engineers. Material inspection and delivery to different sites across Uganda.

Achievements: I have executed various operations at over 70 Airtel sites with only 5 fallbacks. I managed to successfully migrate traffic from the Mini link E (old version of the Ericsson TN) to a 20p TN at the Mutukula site yet more than 4 technicians had attempted to execute the operation but had to fall back. I managed to discover a better method of traffic migration with less down time of the affected sites.
