SAFE4U ANNUAL EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION REPORT ANALYSIS
1. INTRODUCTION
This report was commissioned by the directors of safe security services in order to gauge the levels of satisfaction among the company s employees. The report main goal is to determine if there are changes from the year before, in order to get the information a questionnaire was sent to all of the employees. The questionnaire contain 10 questions, it is also completely anonymous. This report is based only on the questionnaire.

There is a slight place for improvement, the website has been upgraded, and this tool decreased the amount of mistakes and led to an increase in wages queries of 5% in comparison to last year results.

3. CONCLUSIONS
After gathering all the information from the questionnaires a clear improvement was found in all areas that the employees were asked about. Even when the work force increased over the last year, this can be also attributed to retention of core employees.
3. RECOMMENDATIONS
The company project manager recommends that even when the employees are satisfied the company should continue to implement new training methods and consider changing the website to a simpler tool to use in wages queries.
