STRUCTURAL DESIGN

SINGLE SERIES The horizontal distance between frames is 3,00 m and the distance between the columns of the frame is 0,65 m.

DOUBLE SERIES The horizontal distance between frames is 3,00 m and the distance between the columns of the frame is 2,00 m.

TRIPLE SERIES The horizontal distance between frames is 3,00 m and the distance between the columns of the frame is also 3,00 m. The crossmember of each frame is 4,80 m and has a fixed length.

To achieve greater lengths can be fitted in series of similar scaffolds.

25 YEARS OF WARRANTY WARRANTY TERMS FOR PV MOUNTING STRUCTURE The quality of KB TUBO pv mounting structure, made by hot dip galvanised steel pipes, according to the european standard 10240, is guaranteed by the Quality Management System, controlled and certified according to the international quality standards ISO 9001:2008. The warranty duration is 25 years since the date the pv mounting structure has been bought and is referred to possible faults. The warranty covers: - The dispenses for the replacement of the equipment that were proved faulted. The warranty is provided with the terms below: 1) The installation has been made according to the regulations, technical rules of practice and technical instructions in force at the time of construction. 2) Since the completion up to the first operation of the project regulations, technical rules of practice and technical guidance in force at that time had been implemented. 3) The installer, upon seeing the damage, must take all appropriate measures to reduce or not to extend the damage. 4) The installer must notify the company as soon as possible once the damage is realised. 5) The installer must make available to the company all the information about damage control. Those parts of the mounting structure that are considered to cause harm should be kept and made available for inspection until the final settlement of the damage.
