Employment Experience
Worship Ministries Director, Glen Ellyn Bible Church

This position entailed the daily administrative leadership of the worship department, including budgeting, organization, scheduling and shepherding of nearly 100 volunteers and various ministry teams. It also included oversight and vision for all communications mechanisms employed by the church including mass email, website, original video editing and production. Included technical leadership of all Audio/Video/Lighting systems, researching, installing and repairing equipment as necessary. Served as Creative Director on print, lighting, staging and decorating designs for the church. Served as Tech Director for all major church productions, including concerts, outdoor services and special services in addition to weekly service needs. Management of one full-time employee and two part-time employees. AV Assistant, Glen Ellyn Bible Church January 2003-December 2005 This part-time position entailed oversight of the video and projection systems and staging/lighting at GEBC, as well as recruiting and scheduling of volunteer support teams. Asst. Department Manager, ETS, Moody Bible Institute August 1995-December 2005 Serving in various roles over the course of 10 years, primary objective was serving as onsite Tech Director for a majority of Moodys live events, including Founders Week, Pastors Conference, Candlelight Carols and capital fundraising campaigns. This included, but was not limited to: video production, graphics production, lighting design, staging, scriptwriting and event direction. Also assisted in day-to-day support of faculty in the classroom teaching environment, enhancing the teaching-learning skills of faculty and doing teaching/training as requested.
