DESCRIPTION
Single cylinder, 4 feed machine for the production of socks and pantyhose in plain fabric, standard terry or sandwich terry Hosiery garments with reciprocated or pouch heel, and tubular styles. Full-electronic programming of the knitting cycle, article and knitting adjustment. Machine Memory capable of storing various articles, with 8 sizes each. Raising yarn finger plate for easy access to the sinker cap. Automatic article change by the machines keyboard or via DIGRAPH3 PLUS.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
GL544 - 4" cylinder - Gauge: from 6 to 20 GL744 - 3" cylinder - Gauge: from 6 to 13 Max speed: for plain stitch 400 rpm- for terry stitch 330 rpm. (the
maximum speed obtainable depends on various factors like: yarns, stitchs types, lubricant a.s.o.)

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS
Single or double welt with 1 or 2 feeds with possibility of having elastic on each course or on alternate courses. Socks and pantyhose produced on 4 feeds with reciprocated or pouched heel&toe or tubular fabric in plain, standard or sandwich terry (half&full terry on the same sock). Possibility of plating on all feeds 2 colour striping + ground colour on the two feeds. Socks produced with alternate course elastic. 4 colour patterns + ground on the same course when knitting on a single feed, with a total combination of 12 colour + 3 ground colours. 3 colour patterns + mesh or elastic ground on the same course when knitting on a single feed. 2, 3 or even 4 colour real Jaquard styles with combinations of laid-in elastic compression articles. Standard and sandwich terry fabric produced with the same sinker cap. Possibilty of tuck stitches mesh on four feeds. Possibility of variable increment of the elastic motor on the course. Possibility upon request of Sole reinforcement on 4 feeds. 180 reversed toe, right and left socks, 2-color heel and toe.

Brushless and co-axial main motor. Electronic needle-by-needle selection for the execution of Jacquard patterns. 9 electronic actuators. 9 pneumatic yarn fingers at feed 1 and 7 at feed 2-3-4. 3 color yarn fingers at color block 1. Elastic yarn fingers at feed 2 and 4 with independent feeding devices. Electronic adjustment of the fabric by cylinder movement via a stepping motor with various graduation options. Pneumatic needle-rising cams control. Electronic chain with possibility of automatic linking programs. Positive elastic feeder. Control panel fitted for optional DINEMA Line-bank system. Double needle lowering picker. Motorized Raising Dial Possibility to stop the circular cutter when yarn trimming is not required. High resolution colour display. Possibility upon request of Motorized circular cutter, to control yarn trimming length. Possibility upon request of Motorized sinkers cap.
