Stage Two: Assessment Evidence Performance Tasks/Projects: Goal: Your task is to create at least one assignment using technology(such as web 2.0 tools) for differentiation. Audience: Beginning teachers of Japanese Language Situation: You are going to revise your current assignment according to your learners learning style needs. Product, Performance, Purpose: Your final product is an assignment in the current lesson for your learners best learning results. Standards and Criteria for Success: You self-assess your product and also comment other teachers differentiated assignment.

Audience revises their traditional closed-phase assignments for open-phase assignments. (Reflect, Rethink, Revise) 5.Audience tailors the given assignments for at least three different learning styles (Tailor and personalize the work) 6. Audience organizes the differentiated assignment in a unit of lesson (Organize) Close: 6. Audience uploads the final assignment and submits the link to it with final thoughts on this lesson.
