Technical Competencies/skills Optimization of 3G Network

Perform post-processing of drive test data, collection of other BSS/RNC statistics, Initial Tuning of the Network as per all the aspects by analyzing drive logs(X-Cal & Tems 10.0). Analyzing Scanner drive logs trough Actix and plan tilt & orientation according to Drive logs to overcome pilot pollution and handover boundary. Optimization and trouble shooting of CS & PS Calls(Release99, HSDPA & HSUPA) To analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from DT, statistic performance and signaling trace through Wireshark Trace of 3G network Providing technical support to the RF Engineers and making their working environment healthy.

Expertise in RF Optimization and networks performance maintenance. Monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network Statistics on daily basis, achieve & maintain the Radio Network Performance as per the contracted KPIs related to HS, CS & PS.
Analyzing drive data for insuring key performance of network, like latency, HS/PS throughput in loaded and unloaded condition, this is new network so we have used OCNS test for creating dummy load.

Optimization of 2G Network

Analysis of SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, SD Blocking, TCH Blocking, CSSR & HOSR on day to day basis and Resolving the problem of cells having high drops by changing frequencies, Checking hardware related problems. Radio Frequency planning for non-hopping, Synthesizer Frequency Hopping network includes HSN,MAIO and Channel groups Pro active radio network optimization by monitoring KPI statistics e.g. SDCCH blocking, SDCCH drop, TCH assignment, TCH blocking, TCH drop, HO success rate etc on day to day basis and utilizing the resources to meet the standards. Database optimization and optimum tuning of various parameters & inconsistencies in database by MS excel utilities. Coordination from BSS engineers and Cluster Team leads to achieve the targets and to discuss the ongoing issues and their solution. Weekly Meetings with the customer to meet their requirements. Project Management

Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its objectives within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards Responsible for resource / manpower / equipment planning. Managing the Documentation flow in the project. WCC Signoff and send for Invoicing/billing Project Roll out of the New Sites which includes supervises the Installation, commissioning of equipments & connectivity up to switch. Coordination with Implementation vendors for implementation job at the sites. Provide all Technical Support to the vendors and professionally carry out the daily target with the minimum down time with the given man power (teams). Responsible for Customer interface regarding installation and maintaining quality. Preparing MRF for material delivery & co-ordination with Warehouse and Ensure delivery
from vendors/sub contractors as per the contract.
