In our scenario, we will check the application of COMSATS Lahore on the hierarchy of strategies that what are the strategies of COMSATS Lahore at different level of strategies. We take the management department of COMSATS lahore as a business unit with in the COMSATS lahore. And also explain the stage of operation in which COMSATS Lahore lies.

The business strategy for management department of COMSATS Lahore is basically focusing on providing the business education along with technical education to students so that students can set professional career with multiple skills. And on the basis of this focus management department wants to provide different programs which cover many of technical and business functions with the help of professional faculty members and student services. So that covering multiple aspects of education become the strategic edge for management department. And it will be the source of differentiation for the department as well. As we talk about the technical and management side of study, now management department has business strategy to fulfill this purpose with help of providing diversity of course work focusing on the marketing techniques, Ecommerce (pure technical field), HRM, finance, accounting and management related courses.
