Please go to admissions.yale.edu/faq for important information about filling out the Yale Supplement. When you have completed the Supplement, submit it with your Common Application online by the appropriate due date. (Yale will not receive your online Common Application until you have also submitted the Supplement. The Admissions Committee may conrm information provided in your application, and may withdraw an offer of admission if you are found to have violated the terms to which you agreed when you signed the Common Application or if there are omissions or errors in your information that the Admissions Committee regards as serious or substantial.
