Flash bac to my days as a loser with women. How did I change? Well,

average rom meet to sex or seduction is about 4- hours.

Approaching, also nown as opening, is not diicult. You could be sitting
at the bar and when a girl orders a drin say 'oh what a girlie drin or
WHATEER, bam, she is opened.
y opening or approaching, our only goal is to start an interaction. It could
even be non verbal. A lot o times i a girl bumps into me I`ll ust act lie
she REALLY hurt me and that will open her.
I she were to say bump into your elbow while passing, grab it and ae a

Attraction
Once you have opened the next part o the interaction ocuses around
attracting the girl to you. In the old days, people me included would
memorize unny stories or little gimmics to use to attract the girl, called
routines.
This is a thing o the past.
Your only ob in this point o the interaction is to have un conversation and
show her how cool you are.

I mean cool in a very broad way.
Everyone is cool to someone. And i you are a un, conident, out going
social guy, which you will be by the end o this boo, you`ll be cool to A

The phase o comort, or rapport, is where you two get to now each other.

I you had to eat either pizza or stea 3 meals a day or the rest o your lie
which would you chose? You now, that ind o stu.
Obviously, we are not going to mae every question lie this. There is room
or the more boring o questions.
The most important thing is to not mae it eel lie a survey. Nobody lies
surveys, and asing questions in this manner will quicly mae her lose
attraction or you.
She will ind it and you to be boring.
Also, touching on commonalities is a great way to build comort and
continue conversation. I you ind something that you are both into,
excitedly tal about it and youll soon eel as i youve nown each other
orever.
Touching is an extremely important part o comort. During this phase you
want to be escalating your touching and her physical comort with you.
We will go into much more detail on touching in a uture section. eep in
mind you`re ust getting the basics laid out or you right now.
Another part o comort is time spent together. Many girls will eel
comortable with you ater or 2 minutes, some may tae 3 hours. So
what do we do i its :AM, you ust met, and the bars close at 2:AM?

I you met a girl at 'bar a and you`re hitting it o, suggest to her and her
group o riends that you and your group are going over to 'bar b and they

Now we continue the time warp by heading over to a pizza place or

At this point, you have only nown each other or hour. ut, to her brain,
and her perception o who you are to her, she will eel lie she`s nown you

This relates to the act that girls are emotional creatures. The emotions that
she ties to you will be dierent having gone with you to three dierent

Seduction is the inal phase beore sex occurs. It is the process o leaving
the venue you are at, all the way to sex.

with me or some sex? you can pretty much guarantee she won`t.
Girls are socially conditioned to at all times protect themselves rom
appearing as 'sluts. 99.9 o them anyway.
So bypass this with the non-sexual invite. Then once you are home with her
it`s time or heavier seduction to begin.
'How do I mae my move? or 'What is the best way to mae my move?
might be a question coming to some o your minds at this point. Let me tell
you something, and I`m going to be very sincere here.
I you bring a girl home and do not mae a move, consider yoursel RUDE.

For the sae o this boo, we`re going to ocus on how to use it or women,
but ust eep in mind that this is an important thing to ocus on, even outside
the clubs.
Feel the Party Inside
Let`s use a little visualization to get you a concrete eeling o what I`m
taling about. I want you to close your eyes and picture a time in your lie
where you were having a blast.
Now I don`t mean a 'oh we went to the zoo, it was un type o memory, I
mean a 'Holy shit that was insane, man that was un, can`t wait to do it
again type o memory.
It could be rom when you were a child, but I would say mae it more
recent, a time you really have a vivid memory o.
How did it eel?
Really put yoursel bac at that time and place. Relive this memory to its
ullest. Hear the sounds o the environment and eel the sensation o

whatever it is you are doing. Feel the sensations that are lowing through
your body.
How does it eel in your chest? Arms? Legs? Head?
Feel each separate part o you and answer those questions. It should eel
pretty damn good. THIS is the inner party. This is the eeling we want to
have when picing up girls. Any time, any place.
The best part is, once you start getting in the habit o being lie this or
picing up girls, you ind yoursel able to eel lie this all the time.
As I`m writing this right now, my inner party is raging elieve me, It will
bring passion and excitement to every aspect o your lie.
Also, even when you aren`t in the mindset 'I`m trying to picup girls right
now, but you are having the inner party, you`ll ind girls magnetically
attracted to you rom all over.
For example, I met a girl at the gas station convenience store two days ago
and am going out with her tonight. Not the most liely pic up location
that`s or sure, but the inner party reigns supreme
Now that we now what the inner party should eel lie, let`s examine
exactly why it will mae you into an attractive male.
Attractive Males Have the Inner Party
Imagine a typical bar or club. About 4 o the guys are sitting or standing
along the walls, or o to the side, with their drin stuc to their chest lie a
shield and an expressionless ace.
They scan the bar or hot girls in between watching the same episode o
Sportscenter repeatedly.
Even i they see a hot girl they would never budge rom this position to go
tal to her. This is how they exist all night long.

Women don`t want to mae your lie un. They want to oin in on your

I you have not read Echart Tolle`s 'A New Earth, do it. He will teach
you how to live in the moment, ree o ego, enoying every moment or what
it is, at all times. He is an amazing transormational teacher.
I teach guys how to get girls. So let me give you the directly applicable ist
o it, a breadown.
Say you are in a restaurant eating and enoying a delicious stea. You came
by yoursel so there is no conversation to be had. Every bite o the stea you
cut with delicate precision, applying ust the right amount o uices and
potatoes.
As you bite down your mouth and tongue delight and dance with oy as the
lavor o this uicy stea enguls them. You have no other thoughts, worries,
discussions, or cares loating through your head.
The stea is amazing.

This is being in the moment, and this will generate the inner party, every
time, anywhere.
Imagine i instead o the previous scene you were eating the same stea.
Only this time, you are simultaneously watching The o`cloc news about
how everyone in the world got murdered today and arguing with your
girlriend about orgetting to wash her dog lie you promised to.
How does that stea taste?
You probably couldn`t even tell me because you wouldn`t be paying a damn
bit o attention to the delicious stea in your mouth
This is the opposite o being in the moment.
Not only will you not have a un party going on inside, you will have taen
away another 5 days o your liespan because o the stress you put on your
body.
Multitasing is a slow death. In picing up girls, and in lie.
Now lets apply being in the moment as a technique or generating that inner
party.
You ust stepped in the club with your buddy and the party is poppin`, its
raging, it`s going to be a good night.
You stop or a second as you wal in and tae a nice deep breath. A smile
comes across your ace as you smell the sweat in the air, 'people are dancing
hard tonight. You thin.
You notice a ew open chairs near the bar so you stroll on over to them and
sit down. You eel the relaxation come over you as you sit comortably in
your chair which really its well around your rame. You rest your arm
across the bar with your inger out to order, eeling the cool sensation o the
marble top.
The bartender comes over and you great her with a warm smile, she does the
same.

Every moment that goes by in this manner your inner party is building.
Soon it will be raging and sel-sustaining.
What it comes down to is people in general are so ar rom the moment that
we orget how easy it is to eel good. We spend 99 o our time thining
about the past and maing udgments, or predicting the uture, again with
udgments.
In Tolle`s boo you will learn that the only time that truly exists is this
moment RIGHT NOW. And this moment is already gone, it is ever
changing.
So time does not really exist, except as a creation o the human mind. ut,
I`m getting ahead o mysel here, bac to the club.
How easy do you thin it is to eel good inside all the time, when you can
tae the time to loo at the cool design on the loor and appreciate it?
How easy is it to eel aroused when looing at a beautiul woman`s sot
sily lips, thining only o them?
In both cases, you are in the moment, evoing strong emotion rom yoursel.
It really is that easy. I can`t tell you how lie changing Ehart Tolle`s boo
is, and that is why I will recommend it one more time to you.
Lets loo into how being in the moment is going to mae you amazing with
girls.
Not only will being in the moment create this inner party to attract lots o
women and have them ind you irresistible to be around, it achieves much
more.
When you ind yoursel in a conversation with a woman, do you oten ind
yoursel paying attention to other things simultaneously?
She`s taling about such and such, and you are only hal paying attention.
You notice out o the corner o your eye a guy staring at you and you thin

you have some other thought.
This type o behavior crushes your connection to other people. It is
especially devastating when we are trying to orm connections with people
in places with a lot o distractions.
I can tell you that a combination o eye contact techniques which I`ll teach
you later and being in the moment has had me maing out with a girl in 3
seconds, not a word spoen. Obviously this is not always the case, but you
can see the power behind it.
When people are taling to someone who is ully present in the interaction,
they ind these people irresistible and compelling.
They`re subconscious senses your presence in the moment.
Even i they`re level o presence isn`t on par with yours, they`re
subconscious will be chiming in saying 'This guy is genuine and attractive.
Now I`m not taling about being that guy who always gets stuc in the

eing in the moment was one o the most important things or me to
personally learn. I used to have a huge sticing point in my game, which
was what many people call 'outcome orientation.

As soon as I was into an interaction with a girl I`d already be thining 'how
can I get this girl in my bed , 'What should I say next , 'Is this going
well. Etc etc etc.
WRONG.
When you are truly in the moment none o these thoughts come through
your head. This is a great way to now i you are in the moment. I you are
thining 'am I in the moment? Well, NO haha
Loo, when you have your inner party going on, and you`re in the moment
in your interactions, you will be ire. Simple as that, you will be lawless.
Let me explain. The other day I was in a bar with some buddies. We were
having a blast. It was `s night and I had ust requested 'Rebel Yell by
illy Idol. My riends and I love this song and love to dance wildly and go
crazy to it.
As soon as it comes on we are going nuts.
Dancing umping and singing the lyrics. O course, tons o guys who are
standing on the perimeter o the dance loor are staring at us, saying
whatever they want to say.
ut we are in the moment, and wouldn`t even notice such a thing. My
riends are great with women too, we all have our inner party going on and
are ully ust loving this song.
So basically our combined energy becomes Y FAR the biggest party in the
bar.
A big group o girls starts dancing with me and my riends and we are now
all going crazy on the dance loor. I`m going wild and having a blast.
Out o nowhere, I ust grabbed this girl and scooped her up. Held her right
up in the air, circus style, having her use my right bicep as a seat. We do a
spin and I put her down.

The next day I saw a picture that one o the girls had snagged o that
moment. I laughed my ass o. During that night, having a raging inner
party and being in the moment, I didn`t even thin twice about picing her
up in the air.
It ust happened.
The next day, when I was out o the moment, I thought about it. 'What i I
had dropped her? was the irst thing that came to mind.
This is my point EATLY. When you are in the moment and you`ve got
the party inside, you do not thin, you be, you are, you`re ire

What you ocus on is what you will see as most important.
I the bouncer was a er to you when you came in, and you sit at the bar
stewing 'This bouncer is such a er, I cant believe he would act that way to
ME, well chances are you`re going to have a tough time creating that inner
party.
The real problem is your ocus point. Lucily, we can reverse it.
Do not ocus on yoursel, he has oended ME, ocus on him. Shrug it o
'He must be having a bad night.
Then as soon as you have handled that which has made you upset or a
moment, ocus on something new. Always on the good.

This relates bac to being in the moment, but I am trying to clariy here what
is worth your time, energy, and ocus.
Is it worth it to go to a club and spend your time, energy, and ocus, on how:
Your outit doesn`t loo right
The bouncer was mean
That irst girl you taled to 'reected you
This guy is staring at me
O course not
Why be at a party, to NOT have un?
To practice this reversal o ocus, I would consciously monitor my thoughts.
Any time I ound mysel ocusing on a negative, I would orce mysel to lip
the ocus onto a positive.
Sounds lie a lot o wor right?
It`s really not. At irst, it will tae conscious eort. ut soon, you will ind
it spreads almost as i it were a 'happy virus which is taing over your
brain.
Negative thoughts stop being generated by you and you really end up only
ocusing on the positive, all the time.
eing a guy who is always in a positive mindset, and always sees the
positive in a situation, will mae you successul in every aspect o lie,
including with women.
Read that last statement over one more time.
eing in this positive mindset will:
Mae it even easier or that inner party to bubble out
Attract women to you lie a magnet
Mae lie more oyul and ull o love

When these things all occur is when you will begin to truly be blessed with
the love and attention o as many beautiul women as you please.
Epecting the Fun
I you always expect to have un, you will always have un.
It is so simple, yet so proound. I you are a person who expects to have un
at all times, you will always ind the un in the situation, no matter how little
un it actually is.
y having this expectation, your creativity will lourish.
Situations will become un due to your unique perspective, when in the past
the same situation might have been a bore.
You bring the party with you
How can lie ever be boring i you have a non-stop party that ollows you
around? What ind o woman would not be completely attracted to a man
who possessed this quality?
The combination o these three techniques; being in the moment, redirecting
your ocus, and expecting un, will mae you the man with the inner party.
There is one last tip I must give you on this inner party concept. This one
concept alone ept me rom sleeping with women consistently or over our
months, until I igured it out.
esistance to the Party
Say you are in a bar and you are trying to be in the moment and eel your
inner party.
It`s not there, though.

And now, you remove yoursel urther rom the moment by saying 'why
can`t I have an inner party? Oay, inner party starts now And it`s still not
there.
Then you say something lie 'shit I`m not having un, people are seeing me
not have un and they`re going to thin I`m not un. Man I better get my
inner party going right now
All o which maes the inner party even less liely to come out. It`s a
vicious cycle.
So how do you ix this cycle?
This process is actually an emotional response. It might not be an emotion
you have ever heard o beore.
It`s called resistance.
These emotions that spring up in you drive you urther into a place o
resisting the inner party. The inner party is there naturally, as long as you
are not being resistant to it.
So to avoid this pitall, ollow these three easy steps:
Acnowledge
Accept
Do not react
Here`s how a mental dialogue could go. 'Uh oh, I don`t eel an inner party.
Huh, that is strange. Oh well, I`m sure it will come later.
That`s it
Acnowledge the act that you eel the lac o a party, accept it as truth, and
show no reaction to it. Then I would suggest you ust go say hi to a girl or a
group o people anyways.
Get into some un conversation and beore you notice or realize, that inner
party will suddenly be bubbling out o you.

I literally spent 4 months going out and sitting in a pile o my own emotional
resistance. I ept trying to ind external reasons or it. 'Oh man I thin
we`ve ust gone to these bars too much. Oh man there was a lame crowd
there tonight. It was a sausage party in there Etc. Etc. Etc.
Then I learned about the emotion nown as resistance and voila
So, use this simple three step ormula to mae sure that doesn`t happen to
you Acnowledge, accept, be non reactive.
eing non reactive is something we are going to go much urther into in the
next section. It is one o the most attractive qualities a man with conidence
can have. ut, beore you get into that, you have your irst challenge to
attend to.
Challenge
egin practicing being in the moment and creating your inner party with this
challenge. I want you to create the inner party as best as you can.
I you need help remember what it should eel lie, reerence earlier in the
chapter. Get in that un state o being at any bar, club, or party. Hec, even
the mall would wor but might be a little scarier or this challenge.
I want you to introduce yoursel to at least people with nothing more then
a 'Hi I`m urt Spelling and a handshae.
I you truly have the inner party going, there should be no reason why all
o those people do not shae your hand and return the introduction.
I want you to repeat this challenge over and over until you can successul
meet people in a row saying nothing more than 'Hi I`m urt Spelling.

The Approach

mind all day.
Now this is EATLY how you want to do it. Go up to her with your best
line and spit it out in a smooth seductive tone.

The unny thing is, I could go up to a girl and say this line, and it WILL
wor. And that my riend brings us to our irst and possibly most important

I you have that un party raging inside you, it will do all the taling or you.
She will be picing up on your vibe. The act that you are sel amused and
having a great time without her will attract her to you.
In act, she`s probably already been watching you by the time you go up to
approach her anyways.
Most o the people in the bar have been, because you are o the 5 o
people in there who are having FUN.
A lot o times, I won`t even say a word when I approach a girl. Maybe I`ll
wal up, plant my eet irmly in ront o her, stare or a moment, raise my
hand or a high ive with a cute or devilish loo, high ive her and THEN say
something.
It is entirely about the party inside. Do what you WANT to do.
Suc people into your party. I something comes to mind ust do it. You
should not even have time to thin about it, or reerring bac, you are not in
the moment.
Now it is important during the approach and throughout the interaction with
a girl, to show interest in her, romantically. Otherwise you may all into
another maor pitall that I spent some time dealing with mysel.
Showing Interest
Showing interest, or your desire in your target emale, is something that is
essential to any good seduction.
About 4 o guys do too much o this, and about 4 o guys do too little
o this. We`re going to get your porage to taste ussssst right.
Intent is the next most important thing to the inner party. You can have un
all night long ust based on the inner party, which is great, but you won`t
bring a girl home with that alone.
Actually, sometimes a girl will ust mae all the moves or you and ump on
you and the inner party alone will be enough. ut, we want to get to a point

where we get the girl we want, on our terms, every time. This is where
showing interest comes in.
So how can we show our intent or the intereaction and interest in a girl?
It starts right in the opener. 'Hey you looed adorable, I had to come and
meet you, I`m urt Spelling. Now there is a lot going on here, so let`s
analyze it.
'Hey you looed adorable shows her I`m obviously attracted to her, but in
a un, interesting, and polite way. The word adorable is almost lie 'awww
lie a little cute girl. 'Damn girl you`re looin` good would be much
less eective.
'I had to come meet you shows more intent, but it also shows a lot more.
Obviously, you are a man who sees what he wants, and goes or it. No
hesitation in your voice and no negative cues in your body language are
reairming this or her.
All o which are maing you ERY attractive. y the way, mae sure to
read my special report on body language included with this boo. It will
correct lots o subtleties with the way you hold and present yoursel to the
world.
Another small but crucial point is 'I`m urt Spelling. Notice the dierence
between 'I`m urt Spelling and 'What`s your name?. It`s HUGE
First, I`m oering value to her, instead o trying to tae it rom her. I`m not
that needy guy who comes up all timid and says 'hi what`s your name?.
I`m urt Spelling Im having this awesome party and now you can be a
part o it, or at least a minute That`s what comes through when you have
the inner party raging.
Second, I`m introducing my name NOWING in my core that o course she
will give it bac. This implies that I`m very used to meeting the women I
want and having them lie me. I expect the name and not a bitchy response.

I you do get a bitchy response though, you`ll be able to handle that too, but
that comes later.
Now that we now how to show intent and interest in on our opener, How
should we do it during the rest o the attraction conversation and into
comort?
The main way you will show intent and interest rom here on out will be
rom physical communication. Ater all, body language experts have said
that up to o communication is nonverbal.
Physical Escalation: Proper Touch Shows Interest
'Let`s get physical, physical Let`s get physical, physical Olivia Newton

During your entire interaction, I mean right rom the START, it`s important
to begin physical escalation. This will not only get you guys comortable
with each other, but will show your intent in a un way.
I personally lie to use conversation to go with my physical touching. I I
am maing a point or getting excited about something I might emphasize
with a touch on the arm or upper bac.
There are a ew things to now about touching that will mae it un, playul,
and easy to escalate.
Never thin about your touching.
Do not put a hand on her shoulder and stare at your hand and wonder 'Is this
alright. The subtle discomort will be sub communicated to the girl and she
will wonder 'is that alright too, and then it won`t be.
Another great rule to ollow is to always have your touching be dynamic.
Never put a hand on her leg and ust leave it there.
It WILL get weird.

Mae all touching motions in passing. IF you are holding a hand, rub it too.
I you have an arm around her, massage her shoulder a bit.
Do not ust stand there and hold onto the woman or dear lie, she`ll begin

arm o her shoulder. Haha lesson learned.
The inal guideline or touching would is an easy to ollow escalation
pattern.
Obviously the irst thing you are going to be touching should not be her
inner thy. It`s not a rule, but in general ollow an order similar to this:

That`s about all that should be being touched in the club
Again that is ust a guideline. Do not be sitting there thining 'oay I got
her hands now, what`s next again?
That ind o thining will put you out o the moment, which is much more
important than which part o her body to touch next
A un thing you can do, and a great way to get started on initiating the
physical is to play a game lie thumb wars` or slap hands`. Or mae a
piny swear about something and do it where you cross pinies and iss
your own hands.
These are ust a ew, and are really culturally dependent.

So now you now how to approach the girl and get your physical escalation
started.
How do you get through the attraction phase and into that comort zone?
Attraction Conversation
"I like nonsense, it wakes up the brain cells." Dr. Seuss
Your brain should be a umbled mess. It should mae no sense. It truly
does wae up the brain cells.
ompare your current, linear, logical thought patterns to that o a our year
olds. He umps rom one idea to the next without a care o the previous or
next idea, but only the one he`s into right at this moment.
Four year olds do not have approach anxiety. They will go up and push
whatever girl they lie.
Four year olds are in the moment.

I something stries your mind, ust come out with it. It will eep your inner
party going. This sort o nonsensical, sel amusing conversation WILL suc
the girl into your inner party.
She`ll be more than happy to switch topics with you at your whim.
This also shows leadership, and conidence.
You do not care i she approves o your next topic; you ust tal about
whatever is on your brain. This displays a lot conidence. Most guys are
not in the moment, but up in their head during a conversation in a bar.
'What should I say next? Uhh, would she lie it i I taled about that? Uhhh
I wonder i she nows about this? Uhh does she lie me?

You might not thin it, but the girls AN hear these thoughts. It comes
through in super subtle cues, mannerisms, and body language, that girls are
so very good at picing up on.
Even i she isn`t the smartest girl in the world, she will eel it in her
subconscious. Even i she`s not consciously sure why, she will NOT be
attracted to you.
This over-caring o what she thins and desire to please in conversation is
NOT attractive.
O course, there are a ew topics that should be avoided even i they pop into
your head. Do not tal about:
Shit, piss, pue or art oes and stories
Diseases, illnesses, or people dieing
ad things you heard happened on the news
Anything racist or sexist that isn`t actually unny and tactul
Politics
Sometimes you`ll meet a chic that loves any one o these things mentioned
above and inds them unny. Let her expose that part o her personality
beore you go diving into your latest art oe. It`s or the best.
Getting To Know Her
So you might be asing, 'I all I`m doing is saying whatever random things
come o my head and having a gooy un conversation, how do we get to
now each other?
Here is the thing. This style o conversation is great or attraction or the
reasons listed above. You`re having un and don`t care what she thins but,
you`re also unique and intriguing.
Soon she will be rattling o questions at you.
The boring ind o questions we now to avoid. That will eel REALLY
good when you start seeing how bad most girl`s game is haha.

Either way the questions will come. That is when you now she is attracted.
razy wild attraction conversation can now get toned down a bit. It is now
clear you are both interested in each other and it`s time to switch gears a bit
and ind out more about her.
This does NOT mean you should:
Lose your inner party,
Stop doing anything else besides chatting with her
ompletely go bac to linear, logical mode
Still eep it un, and unless its late in the night you should be laing o o
her to have un with your riends or other girls and then coming bac to
continue building that comort.
This sense o loss too will mae her so much happier when you come bac
because, guaranteed, at least one loser dude tried to hit on her improperly
while you were gone.
From here ust low naturally with the conversation. Feel ree to be a goo at
any point, but genuinely learn about her and share who you are with her.
Now some girls actually do have good 'game. Usually it`s the ones who
are both smart AND hot who present more o a challenge and those are the
ones I really lie, so what should you expect and how do you deal with it?
on-eactivity: Trump All Her Tests
One o the eys or you to being successul with women is being non-
reactive to them. This relates bac to what I said in my e-seminar about how
men and women are completely equal in value. Let me explain.
I the girl says something to you that bothers you and this shaes your
conidence, you have lost.
She nows, either consciously or unconsciously, that she has shaen you.
You are no longer an attractive male.

Obviously a woman can not overpower us physically, well at least 99.9 o
them. So in order to test you or being a strong male and thereore suitable
mate, they will use psychological tests.
These may be obvious or subtle, mean and nasty, or playul and un.
Whatever orm these tests come in, they ARE tests.
I you want to meet and sleep with a women, you can be positive that she
WILL test you and you must pass in order or you too to sleep together.
Now, the unny part o this is that to pass the test, you ust DON`T tae it.
Do not allow her to throw out a hoop and mae you ump through it lie a
circus midget. Oh man I eel lie I could explain this or hours. Let me try
to brea it down to the basics.
Hoops
A hoop is when a girl tries to tae control o the rame, or manner o the
conversation. You might mention something about dancing in a club and
she`ll be lie 'You sound lie a good dancer Dance or me
This is her trying to turn the interaction into something that she is leading.
And i you go ahead and dance or her you can be pretty sure you won`t be
sleeping with her.
The un part is it is SO easy to handle any ind o test you receive. It
literally taes the intellect and thought process o a third grader to do so.
To this test you might respond 'Dance or me in a mocing tone and smile
devilishly with a little push or something along those lines.
That`s it. Test deeated.
Shit Test
Another very popular test is what I call a shit test. This is where she gives
you shit or no reason, to see i it aects your conident rame.

For example, you`re chatting and you happen to be taling about rugby. She
could say something lie 'You were probably the worst player on the team.
She might say this in a bitchy way or in a hal oing way, regardless it is a
shit test.
I you qualiy yoursel by saying 'No I was the captain. Really I was soo
good trust me you have ailed the test.
You are now showing that you are lower value than her because you are
woring toward and seeing her approval.
I you say something lie 'You`re right I was the worst. My nicname was
Peabody because I used to get scared by the other guys and pea my pants
sometimes at practice.
Now you have passed and she is laughing.
Bitch Test
This is a super popular test, especially or really hot girls. These girls have
been hit on, improperly, so many times in their lie that they have developed
what many people reer to as a 'bitch shield.
They will initially act bitchy to ALL MEN out o necessity. It`s a real time
saver
Imagine i 45 ugly and lame chics hit on you every day and you tried to be
nice to all o them.
It ust doesn`t wor.
You can`t blame them or acting this way, but you deinitely AN call them
out on it
You have your inner party going on; you go up to a girl and give a great
intention illed opener. Instead o a 'oh hi, I`m Emily in response to your
name introduction she says 'Yea so?.
You must be completely unphased by this.

There are two routes you can tae to owning her rame right away. One
would be to explain how you now she has to be a bitch to save time being
hit on by lame guys. That you now her daytime sel is nothing lie this
night time persona. And that she can drop the act and be genuine with you.
This will aectively call her out on it and should blast through about 95 o
bitch shields. Remember, some girls are ust in a bad mood and will
continue to act lie a bitch anyway
Inside you should eel as i you didn`t even hear something nasty come out
o her mouth.
It is so outside o your reality or people to act nasty to you, that it doesn`t
even register or you when it happens. This all relates to the positive virus
and the inner party. Really these concepts are so vital or you to have down
So with this eeling inside, another easy way to call her out would be to say
'Well that was ind o mean and then ust continue on, unaected. y
saying 'Well that was rude and then continuing on, or something in this
manner, she will be attracted to the act that she could not mess with your
rame.
She probably shot down guys beore you went up to her and now you are
the exception.
Are you seeing a pattern yet? You pass the test by NOT taing it.
You ust low on. Nothing she could say would hurt your view o yoursel
or your conidence in the moment right then.
Nothing she could do would mae you second guess yoursel. You are
lawless and by never alling into these tests she will see that.
It all comes down to non-reactivity.
You are not reacting to anything in your environment that is not adding to
your inner party. Whether it came rom a riend or a girl you are hitting on
or the club itsel, the only things that enter into your reality are things that
will add to the inner party.

This non-reactivity is extremely attractive and will mae girls want you,

Comple Approaches: Simple conversation for
advanced situations.
Some approaches can be much more daunting than others. Obviously a lone
girl is going to be the easiest approach.
It can only get more diicult rom there as other variables come into play.
So lets get those other variables taen care o.
Mied Groups
You see the pretty girl that you would love to tal to, but she is in a mixed
group o people. There are 2 guys and 3 girls and you have no idea who`s
with who. Seems lie a hard approach but it really is not.
First, let`s discuss an important aspect o your mindset. Most people would
loo at the other people in the group as 'obstacles to your approach. As i
you have to plan on how to get around them.
This is the wrong mindset to tae.
Instead, picture them as though they are your ans. They WANT you to
succeed and go meet that girl. You can even voice this openly to them.
We`ll get into how to do that in a moment, but ust now or now that they
are your biggest ans.
So how do you change your approach to accommodate or the mixed group?
It is only one line dierent. 'Hey, you looed un, I had to come meet you.
Is that alright with everyone?
You can actually ust as permission o the group. This shows a great deal
o conidence and social intuition.

Suppose one o the dudes is her boyriend, he will probably have really bad
game and timidly or maybe with subtle aggression say 'nah that`s my
girlriend or something along those lines.
I this happens it is not a big deal.
For morale reasons I do not advocate stealing another guy`s girlriend.
Women are abundant, always remember that.
The unny part is, though, is she will most liely be attracted because i the
guy has poor game he will be shaen a little bit by the interaction, where you
will not be.
I would usually ust say 'oh oay, well I`m urt Spelling to the guy, then
to the rest o the group and ust start socially vibing.
Stay and chat or a bit and maybe meet one o her single riends.
Suppose it`s a who girl answers your introduction with a 'No, you can`t
meet her because she is ealous or ust lies to shit test guys or her riend.
Respond to her and blow her out by saying something along the lines o 'Oh
oay, that`s ind o mean, oh well. while obviously completely unphased
by it.
Then turn the girl who is your target and inish out the introduction with an
'I`m urt Spelling. Ater you get the targets name, introduce yoursel to
the girl who was bitchy to you and call her out on it, playully.
'You`re a eisty one aren`t you or 'Mmm you got the attitude in the group I
lie that.
She`ll probably be nice to you by this point simply because any other guy
would have gotten shaen by her rude remar, where as you did not.
Another way to handle this would be to verbally express the mindset that
they are your ans.

'Oh that`s a bit mean, I really thought you guys would be routing hard or
me on this one.
This shows them your rame and puts them into the role o your ans as long
as the interaction occurs. Saying something lie that and then inishing your
introduction is equally as aective as the above method.
Girls on the ance Floor
You`re in an incredibly loud club, and the dance loor is paced with super
hot girls.
How do you initiate an interaction with them and eventually get them o the
dance loor, where you can actually converse?
This was one o the things I igured out early on in my social change. You
don`t need to be a phenomenal dancer or do anything special. The technique
is simple and direct.
You see a girl you want to dance with and she`s dancing with her riends.
Don`t hesitate and circle your way closer and closer. Girls can sense this
and it is LAME. They eel the alert lie an Antelope senses the staling
lion.
What you want to do is go directly up to her and grab her hand or a spin.
Give her a twirl and then pull her in tight.
This simple move accomplishes two very important and undamental things.
You are showing her a great time and expressing your inner party by giving
her a un twirl. Also, you are showing her your interest and attraction to her
by pulling her in ater it.
This combination is deadly
It`s all done through sub communication and all in the matter o three
seconds Tal about eicient.

humping your pillow. Some girls will have un doing this but most will not.
Also, it ills the sexual tension to grind lie that. It simply won`t be there.
You should be on the dance loor maing her wor or your touch. I oten

This will set you apart rom the rest o the guys at the club who are ust

With an approach lie the one listed above, and a unique style o dancing,
you should be able to pull girls o the dance loor without much eort.

Challenge
This challenge is going to be very advanced, and once you are comortable
with yoursel, ERY FUN First, mae sure you have read my e-seminar on
approaching girls and done ALL o those challenges. I`m challenging you in
this boo with the assumption that you have already done this.
Go to the hottest club or bar in your area. I want you to spot the hottest girls
at the bar and use your recently acquired nowledge to approach them.
This WILL be scary at irst, but will get ERY un. I you get some bitchy
responses and ail to properly plow through them, whoops Who cares?
She got you. Lesson learned.
Thin about it this way. I you approach a girl who`s your perect ten, and
she blows you out, some type o lesson has been learned and you can go ind
