ROLE TITLE: Head of Performance , Reward and Recognition FUNCTION: HR

REPORTS TO: Director Human Resources LOCATION: Corporate

Role Purpose: Drives Reward & Recognition strategy development and delivers operational support, aimed at increasing employee engagement, supporting the delivery of business performance, and improving overall efficiency and effectiveness. Is responsible for the service delivery of the Reward & Recognition COE to quality, timing and cost targets Drives high Performance culture agenda supporting the delivery of business performance Role description:

Define, develop and drive the Reward & Recognition strategy for company in line with global, regional and local business imperatives to support business Works with Region and Global Centres of Expertise to establish a strategy and agenda for Reward & Recognition ( areas of pay management, Short & Long Term Incentive programmes / Share plans, pensions, benefits, and international mobility policies, standards and frameworks) Designs and implements specific initiatives which are Reward & Recognition-led, within the overall Global, Region and local HR roadmap Participates in the definition of senior-level (SLT) Reward arrangements Ensures alignment of Reward & Recognition policy to best practice and benchmark against industry competitors Lead benchmarking exercises to understand compensation trends in the market, compensation positioning of the organization and undertake measures to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness Design the guidelines to create/review the budget structure and ensure release of the budget Define annual salary review guidelines, the salary allowance framework, pay mix to be used for determining the final salary structures Work with OE team to dovetail science of Job Evaluation/Grades into Pay policies and approach Provides operational Reward & Recognition support in the execution of all elements of the operational people plan, including provision of tools, processes, coaching and best practice sharing Build understanding, skill-sets and competencies in Reward & Recognition within the HR and Line Manager communities Develop & implement common R&R programs across circles Pan India Oversees international mobility support to global employees, in conjunction with partner OpCos and Global International Mobility team Drive a high performance culture within the organization through various initiatives Effectively align relevant global framework and technology tools Partner with business for Strategic Goal deployment process & Performance Result communication to drive organizational behaviour Collaborate with L&D for effective talent management framework/decisions and drive promotion frameworks aligned to business and talent agenda Work with business to ensure recognition vehicles drive relevant behaviours and differentiation 5 Provide direction and support to HR BPs at circle /corporate level Lead and manage the Performance and R&R team members through development of objectives and targets for performance and career development
