Zulkiflee is the Principal of MyKnowlede Arena . Zulkiflee obtained his first degree, BA (Hons) in Mass Communications (Journalism) from MARA University of Technology and his Masters in Human Resource Development (Training & Development) from Putra University of Malaysia. The first degree and Masters degree was done during his working career.

He began his working career as a Second Lieutenant. Working his way through the ranks, he was subsequently promoted to Major and transferred to several Air Bases throughout the country. Among the Air Bases were; Kolej Tentera Udara (Alor Setar), RMAF Basic Training Center (Ipoh), Kuantan Air Base, Subang Air Base, Kuala Lumpur Air Base and RMAF Headquarters.

Zulkiflee joined the Royal Malaysian Air Force in 1992, a Malaysian Defence Force involved in Management, Training & Development and Lecturing. It was during handling Public Relations Officers for the RMAF, Zulkiflee discovered that his true passion was for human capital development & Public Relations and was quickly entrusted to oversee the RMAFs human resource training, public relations issues and administrative functions. Zulkiflee is a firm believer that a key function of the human resource department is to be able to unlock and realize each employees true and maximum potential through human capital development. After leaving the RMAF, Zulkiflee lectured for the National Service students in Gender and Culture programs for one year before joining Focus Learning.

Zulkiflee was with Focus Learning over two years. Zulkiflee brings into his classes his prior exposure to the training world together with his wealth of experience in the field of human resource and training & development thus giving him the ability to make complex or technical information easy to understand,

particularly with groups who have varying levels of knowledge hence offers and presents a nicely balanced
perspective to his participants. Zulkiflee is typically invited to conduct programs on Management, Public Relations, Gender and Culture programs for the Royal Malaysian Air Force, the National Service and Focus Learning. Currently, Zulkiflee

has vast experience in over 12 soft skills programmes, namely Corporate Team Building, Leadership &
Supervisory Development, Motivational, Effective Communication Skills, Business Presentation Skills & Service Excellence.

FACILITATOR SULEIMAN MA Anthropology & Sociology (Uni. of Malaya) 1980 BA Hons. (Uni. Of Malaya) 1974 SULEIMAN was a Tutor at the University of Malaya before joining the Prime Minister's Department as a Research Coordinator and later spent almost 8 years as a Training and Research Consultant at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN). Before setting up BUDI ANTARA, he was serving Malaysia Airlines (MAS) as the Management Training Controller. He was also appointed a Resident Trainer with Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad (PUNB) and MARA Holding. SULEIMAN is also a Licensed Instructor for Kepner-Tregoes Problem Solving & Decision Making Workshop and owns a Professional Instructors Certificate from IATA (Geneva). SULEIMANs major interests include Organisational Development, Human Behaviour and Motivation, Teambuilding and Counseling. He had conducted many training programs for both the private and public sectors including Permodalan Nasional Berhad, Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad, United Engineers Malaysia, Pos Malaysia Bhd, KTM Berhad, PUSPAKOM, Alam Flora Sdn Bhd, Motorsikal & Enjin Nasional Bhd (MODENAS), Heitech Padu Berhad, PETRONAS Dagangan, Martell (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Matshusita Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd, Matshusita HRD Centre, Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Youth and Sports, and many others.

Fasilitator Mohamad Zaini Bin Hj Badron


Zaini adalah graduan Bachelor of Science in Human Development daripada Universiti Putra Malaysia. Memulakan kerjaya di bidang latihan, beliau bertugas di dalam menguruskan dan menyelaras pelbagai program latihan korporat. Minatnya yang mendalam berkenaan teknologi pembelajaran dan sains minda telah memberikan keyakinan di dalam mengendalikan juga menyediakan program latihan.

Sepanjang kerjaya beliau, Zaini berpeluang mengenali dan bekerjasama dengan penceramah antarabangsa seperti Roy Ashworth dari SCQuARE International, Valentina Stolar dari Aspire International dan Steven Lesser dari InfoWorks International. Pendedahan sebegini meningkatkan keyakinan dan keupayaan beliau di dalam mengendalikan juga menyediakan program latihan seperti Pembangunan Diri, Perkhidmatan Cemerlang, Kemahiran Kepimpinan dan Pembangunan Pasukan. Kini, dengan pengalaman lebih daripada 10 tahun, Zaini telah mengendalikan program untuk pelbagai peringkat pekerja. Pengendalian latihan yang berkesan, dinamik dan ceria telah memenangi hati peserta-peserta daripada pelbagai syarikat seperti AIROD, Securities Commission, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, Petronas Management Training Academy (PERMATA), Institut Jantung Negara (IJN), Bank Pertanian Malaysia, Saujana Consolidated, International Islamic University of Malaysia, Syarikat Air Terengganu (SATU) dan Radicare.
Di arena antarabangsa, Zaini juga telah menjalankan program latihan dengan PT Bank Buana Indonesia Tbk (BBI) dan Telekom Brunei Berhad (TelBru) yang telah meraih manfaat hasil pengalaman beliau yang luas melalui Program Perkhidmatan Cemerlang. Kemahiran beliau di dalam menterjemahkan konsep perkhidmatan dalam konteks manusia telah membuat program ini meraih kejayaan dan pujian. Zaini merupakan seorang Jurulatih Bertauliah di bawah Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). Catatan pencapaian, beliau juga telah dilantik sebagai Pakar Dalaman (Subject Matter Expert) untuk Program Perkhidmatan Cemerlang semasa berkhidmat di Focus Learning Corporation Sdn Bhd. (2002-2008)

FASILITATOR Dr. Ahmad Yusri B. Bani Hashim M.D adalah pengamal perubatan alternatif berasaskan sains kerohanian dan juga juru-perunding dalam bidang latihan dan motivasi. Mendapat doktorate dalam Perubatan Alternatif pada tahun 2003 di Open International University for Complementary Medicines , Colombo, Sri Lanka. Pada tahun 2004, dilantik menjadi penyelidik saintifik berlesen dalam bidang Resonant Field Imaging dari Institute of Technical Energy Medicine Inc. USA. Memperolehi Diploma Perubatan Herba dari Oriental Medical Institute of Hawaii, USA ( 2004 ). Mendapat Royal Fellowship Complementary Practitioners dari Open International University for Complementary Medicines di Colombo, Sri Lanka 2004. 2005 -2006 ahli jawatan kuasa dalam Persatuan Komplementari Terapi Malaysia ( MSCT ). 2008 Pengamal Energy / Information Medicine ( Inergetix )

Ahmad Fauzan Othman is a certified trainer under HRDC (Pembangunan Sumber Manusia, PSMB) and focuses on selfdevelopment topics towards personal and team productivity. Over the years he has trained various level of employees from the private and public sector. Since 2006, Fauzan has been actively teaching Japanese Language where he also shares the beauty of the Japanese culture and spirit. With this approach he has a proven track record in coaching his students to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). Apart from training and teaching, Fauzan is also a writer. His first book on learning management through football entitled Strategi Berpasukan Untuk Berjaya - Cemerlang & Menang Cara Bola Sepak was published by PTS Millenia in 2006. His second book, a self-publish effort in 2010 uniquely titled Rahsia Kyoumi No Chikara based on a Japanese motivation concept touches on the Power of Interest.

Fauzan obtained his early education in Madison, Wisconsin USA and Hull England. He then furthered his higher education in Engineering at the Hakodate National College of Technology, Japan. During his years abroad he was able to experience the Japanese culture in general and considered himself blessed with the opportunity to live through the working culture of the Japanese people.

Mohd Roslan Mohd Zain seorang Training Consultant berkelulusan Sarjana Pentadbiran Perniagaan (MBA) dari University Teknologi MARA pada 2003 di Shah Alam, Ijazah dan Diploma Perakaunan dari Institut Teknologi MARA (sekarang dikenali sebagai UiTM) pada 2001 dan 1989. Roslan juga menimba ilmu di Charles

Stuart University, Australia secara sambilan dalam bidang Pengurusan Pemasaran


melalui IGS/HELP University College pada 2006. Roslan adalah Ahli Bersekutu (Associate Member) dengan Institut Pengurusan Malaysia/Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) semenjak 1995. Roslan mempunyai pengalaman kerja dalam sektor Korporat/Swasta selama lebih 21 tahun di mana 16 tahun di dalam Industri Automotif dan berkaitannya. Bermula dengan jawatan Eksekutif Akaun dan

Pentadbiran, Roslan menempuh pelbagai rintangan termasuk pengalaman melalui cabaran ekonomi dunia

sehingga berjaya dalam kerjaya sebagai Pengarah Kewangan dan Operasi di SAMATA Industries Sdn. Bhd.
Melalui SAMATA dan bekerjasama dengan Kementerian Pembangunan Usawahan dan Koperasi di antara tahun 2007 dan 2009, Roslan berjaya mendidik Usahawan Bumiputra dalam bidang perniagaan Bengkel Motosikal dengan membuka minda mereka melalui perubahan Mindset untuk bersaing dalam bidang yang didominasi kaum lain. Beliau pernah dijemput dan memberikan ceramah Usahawan dalam Gerak Usahawan peringkat Negeri dan Negara pada 2008-2009. Beliau mendapat anugerah penceramah daripada INSKEN. Roslan juga berjaya di bidang CRM apabila mengetuai dan menguruskan Kad Loyalti PETRONAS (Kad Mesra) pada 2004 sehingga mengumpul 1.8 juta ahli.
