Chipset The P5N-T Deluxe motherboard is based on the NVIDIA nForce 780i SLI Northbridge chipset. It supports Intel Core 2 Quad, Core 2 Duo, Core 2 Extreme, Pentium Extreme Edition, Pentium D and Pentium 4 LGA775 Processors, with HyperThreading Technology and 800/1066/1333MHz Front Side Bus support.

Memory Expansion The P5N-T Deluxe provides 4 DIMM sockets using Dual Channel 240-pin DDR2 with a total capacity of up to 8GB-64bit. You can install DDR2 667/800/1066MHz Memory.

PCI Express 2.0 Support PCI Express Base 2.0 specification doubles the interconnect bit rate from 2.5 GT/s to 5 GT/s in a seamless and compatible manner. The performance boost to 5 GT/s is by far the most important feature of the PCI Express 2.0 specifications. It effectively increases the aggregate bandwidth of a 16-lane link to approximately 16 GB/s. The higher bandwidth will allow product designers to implement narrower interconnect links to achieve high performance.

Great Board

Currently running Win 7 64 bits--it was a PLUG n PLAY!!!! NICE!! all drivers loaded by Windows. Notes: 1- plug CPU cables before securing board to 5.0 chassis if you have big heatsink. 2- DVD util wont 5.0 work for W7. I don' care! 5.0 5.0

Save your money, buy something better!

im always a asus fan but this was the last board i bought from them this board let me turn my back on asus and went to xfx. if u try to overclock on this board is gonna be a problem plus no win 7 drivers and if u buy a cheaper board it works perfect wit win7.

and if someth ing goes wrong with the board forget about Asus custom er support and their warrant y, they are not there to help but to discour age you from calling they really think they know what they are doing. This board is a real lemon from Asus it has a lot of issues.

Their less expensi ve board has better support online.
