The Contractor shall be responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction required for a complete and operable facility including all required materials, services and equipment whether or not specified or shown on the drawings. Contractor's attention is directed to the separate volume entitled Specification Data for Contract No. ________ dated _______. This document is incorporated into the Contract by reference. Contractor shall prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Spares: SELECT SPARES OPTION FROM PAR. 1 THROUGH 4 BELOW. 1. Contractor shall prepare a Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for normal operation of all equipment and buildings and procure approved spare parts as cost reimbursable items. Contractor shall prepare a Spare Parts List (SPL) and provide operational spare parts as a part of the fixed price. Contractor shall provide certain specified spare parts as a part of the fixed price. Contractor shall prepare a Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for normal operation of all equipment and buildings, and approved spare parts shall be provided on a cost reimbursable basis.

WORK SCHEDULE AND COORDINATION Coordinate the work with the Royal Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Special Conditions Article entitled "Contract Schedule" and Specification Section 01030, Project Procedures. FOR EPC CONTRACTS, ADD PAR. B, C AND D BELOW.

All engineering design documents as required by Specification Section 01011 shall be approved as final by the Royal Commission prior to submittal of shop drawings, samples and miscellaneous submittals; procurement; or construction. Shop drawings, samples and miscellaneous submittals shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of Specification Section 01340 and accepted by the Royal Commission prior to the procurement and construction of those materials and equipment requiring such acceptance. The Contractor may perform the work in sequence which varies from that as defined in Paragraphs B and C above, if a detailed schedule and narrative of his proposed plan to accomplish the work is submitted to the Royal Commission and is accepted. The schedule and narrative shall be in the form as specified in the Specification Section entitled "Scheduling and Reporting Requirements" to indicate all proposed engineering design, design submittals, design review periods, shop drawing submittals, shop drawing review periods, procurement and construction activities.
