Design and construction renovations for eight (8) Barracks buildings 1054, 1152, 1266, 1268, 1344, 1566, 1567 and 1568 including site and drainage improvements. This project is Design Build and Walsh Ross Group JV asks that interested subcontractors sign the confidentiality agreement below in order to receive our proprietary design documents. Once we receive your signed confidentiality agreement, you will be given the link to our FTP site. Please fill out this form and sign the attached and return via fax or email if you intend to bid this project. We anticipate drawings becoming available from our designer this Friday.

On the Transmittal page, you can either Download All Content or Download Selected Content. 4. To Download All Content, click Download All Contents. (go to step 6) 5. To Download Selected Contents, click Expand All under Transmittal Contents, check the boxes that you want to download then click Download Selected Contents. (go to step 6) 6. A File Download screen will pop open asking you to either, Open, Save or Cancel. Please Save to

your computer first, then open the file from your computer where you saved it. Note: If the File Download screen does not pop open. To resolve this issue, go to your menu bar on the Internet Explorer, click Tools, then click Internet Options, the Internet Options screen will pop open, go to the Security tab, click Custom Level. Under settings, Enable Automatic prompting for file downloads Click Ok, Click Ok to get out of Internet Options screen. Then click Download All Contents again. If it does not pop open after that, try refreshing the screen by pressing "F5" on your Keyboard. 7. The files will download as a Zip File. Double Click on the file and extract the files from the Zip folder and you should have all the files within the Zip File in PDF and can be open with Acrobat Adobe. (If for some reason when you download the files and the file is not recognized, try renaming it and add .zip at the end of it.)

WALSH ROSS GROUP JV CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into between Walsh Ross Group JV (hereinafter Walsh) and the undersigned company (hereinafter Bidder); WHEREAS, Walsh is unwilling to permit Bidder the opportunity to submit a bid or proposal to furnish materials, work or services on the FY11 Fort Polk VOLAR Barracks Renovation without an agreement between Walsh and Bidder that Bidder shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information received from Walsh, and shall use such proprietary information in strict accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement; THEREFORE, Walsh and Bidder agree as follows:

1. All drawings, specifications, design criteria, sketches, value engineering, and all other information furnished by Walsh or a member of Walshs design team INCLUDING issued solicitation drawings and documents to Bidder in connection with the FY11 Fort Polk VOLAR Barracks Renovation regardless of whether prepared or developed by Walsh, The Department of the Navy, or by any other person or firm, shall be considered proprietary information.
2. Except as expressly permitted in writing by a duly authorized representative of Walsh, Bidder agrees not to disclose any proprietary information, directly or indirectly, to any person or firm, other than to subcontractors and suppliers (whether actual or prospective) of Bidder for the sole purpose of providing pricing information, materials, work or services for or in connection with the FY11 Fort Polk VOLAR Barracks Renovation and provided only if such subcontractors and suppliers have executed a similar Confidentiality Agreement.
