Dear sourabh , There is some problem at site after review of the relay received at site i am at taching the pictures

, the coil is clearly rated for DC coil 220 V DC. Since i already sent you the model details and asked for the decodifiction sheet s for the model so due to non availability and confirmation from you i sent the drawings to site but luckily i asked them to keep hold as i was out of station a nd can't confirm unless i have a model decofication so aked them to send the pic ture . With regard to your drive engineer and talk with you 3-4 times on the above subj ect i corrected the markups sent by you. but today when reviewing the whole drawing i found that the auxillary relay are as per the received drawing from you and how are you showing dc to connect tha t is my serious question? L220-4 and N-220-4 as per the build-up drawings are Ac supply not Dc. that's why i was asking you to check the drawing and confirm repetitively.as it creates lot of impact on the client side. so now we have two options: 1. a)one is to change the auxillay contactors 2k48 and 1k48 to suit the dc supply a nd change the supply to DC considering Watts of the coils. b)change L220-4 and N-220-4 To L220-6 and N-220-6 . which is the practical soultion considering cost and all or else 2.Replace NDR which is not a good solution at this stage as dc contactors can be arranged at site 3.also One of the transducer for 4-20 ma i/p to 4-20 Ma O/p -3 outputs module of masibus is faulty . 4.thanks amarjeet for updating the drawings but just overseen this problem. So kindly get all the details and confirm at the earliest so that we can send th e data to the client as everybody is after me for this issue. As per drawings attached here NDR needs to be connected at 220V DC only.
