Essential Functions :

Participate as Regional Service Team Member. Lead execution of retrofit projects. Execute project management and technical advisor duties. Support trouble shooting issues. Work to be performed at customer locations throughout India, Bangladesh, Srilanka and Mauritius. Timely completion of site/ service/ inspection reports and other administrative requirements. Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality. Support business growth initiatives. Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future outages. Prepare job planning documents that define in the scope of outages to be performed through engineering instructions, drawings and process instruction

Technical direction and management support of gas turbine maintenance outages (CI, HGP, Major, Hot section, etc) Outage planning, parts identification, scope development, schedule input Documentation of outage findings, with prompt and professional reports Provide Repair/Replace recommendations Technical Support and Consultation Troubleshooting of Turbine and Auxiliary systems Outage Client Representation and vendor oversight Prepare and execute job-planning documents that define in detail the operations to be performed through engineering procedures, drawings, schedules, and process instructions - Liaise effectively with customers in job planning, execution, follow-up and sales support - Provide technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites to assure

the executed work reflects the technical requirements and quality standards of the sold product - Provide both external and internal timely, accurate, professional reports - Provide, audit, and implement quality control requirements for on-site repair and modification work in compliance with Engineering and Product Department standards - Serve as a primary technical resource for on-site work and lead resolving engineering and product issues - Communicate schedule details, project milestones, manpower requirements, quality issues, and tools / equipment requirements to the appropriate GE individuals Provide on-site technical direction and leadership during gas turbine and generator installations, startup, commissioning and maintenance at customer owned power generation and industrial facilities Prepare job-planning documents that define the scope of outage to be performed through engineering instructions, drawings and process instructions. Provide input for Daily Outage and Weekly Installation Reports. Communicate effectively with Service Managers utilizing customers CTQ in job planning & execution, and with Resource Directors regarding site arrivals, departures and job progression Provides leadership and technical direction to skilled labor performing work on customer sites Maintain strong safety mindset to assure the executed work reflects the technical requirements within companys safety standards Possess technical capacity to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for a wide range of equipment vintages Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and a reference for future outages Troubleshoot mechanical operations and maintenance problems in gas turbine Technologies
