How do I reset my password?
Please take note of the following password policies: - Username is not case sensitive - Password is case sensitive - Password must be a minimum of 8 characters to a maximum of 20 - Password must contain alphabets and numbers - Your login account will be locked after 5 attempts Website URL: https://volunteer.singapore2010.sg Recommended Browser: Internet Explorer Recommended Version: IE Version 6.0 Step 1: Please login to https://volunteer.singapore2010.sg
Step 2: Please click on I forget my password Step 3: Please key in your registered email address to request password
Step 4: A Message will then display indicating that a new password has been sent to your email address.
Step 5: Upon resetting, you will receive an email with the below content. The New Password should be in numerical format Dear TEST You have requested to receive a new password. Your new password is XXXXXXX. With your valid User name and the new password above, you can log-in to your Volunteer Portal at
https://volunteer.singapore2010.sg. After logging-in, you can change the password again. If you cannot log-in or unable to change your password, you can reach us by email to singapore2010_volunteer@singapore2010.sg. Thank you and kind regards, The 'W' Team, SYOGOC
Step 6: Using the new password (numerical format), please enter the new password in the login page (https://volunteer.singapore2010.sg)

Step 2: In the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab and click on the Custom Level button.
Step 3: In the Security Settings screen, scroll to Allow META REFRESH and ensure that it is set to Enable.
Step 4: Scroll to Active Scripting and ensure that it is set to Prompt or Enable.
Step 5: Click the Ok button. When the settings are in effect, the screen will be closed automatically. Step 6: Close the browser, followed by a re-launch of your browser and try again.

Step 2: In the Internet Options screen, select the Security tab and click on the Custom Level button.
Step 3: In the Security Settings screen, scroll to Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins and Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting. Ensure that both settings are set to Enable.
Step 4: Click the Ok button. When the settings are in effect, the screen will be closed automatically. Step 5: Close the browser, followed by a re-launch of your browser and try again.
