ActivityTask Give some old news papers to the groups ask them to make the ships of same size, shape and quality as a team. Time 10-15 minutes Material required- Old news papers

OutcomeThe team which makes maximum ships in allotted time and best ships after the quality check wins the task. Learning Identifying the skills of various people in the team and allotting them work accordingly ,makes the work faster and of good quality Well coordinated teams will be able to do well

2. Queen of Sheba
Activity TaskThe team leader becomes the Queen and orders for some things to ne got within a 10 15 seconds ( the things are already written on the chits and given to the leader as a order from the customers or from higher management Eg. The leader says queen of Sheba wants- 25paise coin if any of the team members is able to get it within the stipulated time they get points. The team members have to run around and get the things from where ever possible.

Some of the things which can be on the chits are . black socks, 1000 Rs note, currency of another country, earrings , chalk , flower. It can be anything. Time the game can last upto 30-45 minuted depending on how many chits have been given to the group. Outcome- The team which is able to fulfill the task maximum times gets the maximum scores and wind. Learnings. Heads will always want things last minute only alert, fast and coordinated and balanced team will be able to do the tasks in time without hassle teams will be able to fulfil the demands of the seniors and the customers.

3. Active Alert
Task Let the entire group stand in a big circle ask them to jump as high as possible- tell them try touching the sky while jumping and while jumping let the say I AM ACTIVE and I AM ALERT let them jump for alternatively saying I am active and I am alert 3 times each. Time 10 minutes Outcome You will realize that things will fall from peoples pocket let it fall and you as a game coordinator collect all the things like pens, mobiles, coins which fall from the picket while jumping. Learnings When we are active and alert about things the problems fall out of our pockets easily otherwise they stay with us. Show the things fallen as it represents the problems within us.

4. Pass the ball

Activity Make the groups stand in a line one behind another, the groups have to pass a ball from the first member of the group to the last member and back again it has to be passed from last to the first. The game is that it has to be alternatively passed able the head by odd numbered member and between the legs by the even numbered member. Any mistake the passing starts from the beginning. Time- 15-20 minutes

Material required- balls as per number of teams. OutcomeThe team which passes the ball quickest without any/least mistakes wins.
