Cadila ltd. Is a pharmaceutical company. Cadila began as small pharmaceutical company nearly five decades ago and was started in 1950. It was started by two friends Ramanlal Patel & I M Modi. But in 1995 both these entrepreneurs were changed their paths. Ramanlal Patel started new company and that is ZAYDUS CADILA.

FUNCTION OF TIME OFFICE:


The main fuction of time office are as follows, CARD PUNCHING SYSTEM. In the cadila pharmaceutical ltd. (CPL),card punching system is maintained in which all manager executive & workman have to punch their card at the time when person coming in the company and going out of the company. WORKING HOUR. General shifts 1st Shift 2nd shift Night Shift : 09:00 A.M. To 05:30 P.M : 06:00 A.M. To 02:00 P.M. : 02:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M. : 10:00 P.M. To 06:00 A.M.

LATE COMMIMG. Late coming is not permitted, however for a maximum four times they are allowed in a month. Late coming is allowed only for 10 minutes at any times. If anybody found coming late by more then 4 times in a month then day CL is forfeited from his CL for each day of late coming. If there is no CL balance to his/her credit. Half day salary will be deducted for each late coming for more then 4 days. GOING OUT DURING OFFICE HOUR FOR PERSONAL/OFFICE WORK.

And here in CPL, an outgoing gate pass is available for all employees for going out of the company for attending personal/official work during office hours. That outgoing gate pass has to be signed out by the superior authorized by all assistant managers. Short leave facility is available for all employees for 2 hours which can be taken three times in a month. After that day CL will be deducted.

HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING:


Human resources planning task is being performed by HR department of this organization. This is the fuction in which management have to decide upon the right number and right kind of person at the right place. it helps in decreasing labour turnover and increasing the productivity.

The human resource planning is done only for the management staff by making proper job description and maintaining them in the responsibility and authority manual. The major content of job description is; Detail related to the job. Job title Job grade. Responsibility. Authority.

RECRUITMENT & SELECTION: RECRUITMENT POLICY:


It should be require highlighting the necessity of establishing job analysis. To observe carefully the letter and spirit of the relevant employee. To provide individual employee with the maximum of employee security. Management has to provide each employee encouragement in the continuing development of his talent & skill. In CADILA PHARMACEUTICAL LTD, the performance appraisal of an employee is done with the help of performance appraisal form. Performance appraisal system of organization is divided in to two categories,

1. Workers: The performance appraisal of permanent as well as contract workers is periodically evaluated through performance appraisal forms and appraisal by immediate boss or supervisor.

2. administrative staff: The performance appraisal of staff is much more different and detailed then that of workers.

Performance appraisal is the systematic process of comparing the actual performance of employee with respect to standard performance to find out deviation if any, and take corrective actions accordingly. Performance appraisal of employees is done due to following reasons: To evaluate and find out where an employee stands To take decisions like promotion, transfer & increments, etc.

They recovered the loan amount within the three year of the time. 4. Suppose one employee death on that timing they are giving lamsome amount to his family. Up to 5 year service they are give one lack rs. For more than 5 & less than 10 year job they give 2 lack rs. 5. This money is given only to the permanent employee 6. Permanent employees are covered in the member of the company.
