The assessment is composed of two parts, the first part is the demonstration which runs for 2 hours and the second part is the one-on-one interview with the assessor. The assessor may ask you to perform several skills or ask your underpinning knowledge. Here are the things you should expect in PC Operation NCII assessment:

Formatting Documents
Apply specified formatting to character/paragraph such as changing of font, font size, color, appearance etc. Learn to use the Styles and Formatting command which includes creating new styles and editing existing style. Used of numbered and bulleted lists Use of border, textboxes and shading Can perform spelling and grammar check
Changing of margins, page size and orientation Inserting of page numbers, section breaks and page breaks Inserting of footnotes, cross-references and bookmarks. Creating table of contents Saving of documents in another file format. (e.g As Web Page, XML Document Rich Text File etc.)

Basic Knowledge in Using Mail Merge Previewing of document before printing Print document according to specification (setting of pages to be printed and number of copies to be printed).

Last year 98 percent of our CHS student pass the Computer Hardware Servicing for NC 2 and this year another great records that 99 percent of our CHS student pass the NC2.
