Note

If a person has swallowed a poison that is not acid (for example,
poisonous berries, seeds, mushrooms, pesticide or medicines) and
is still awake:

a. Give sips of water to the victim, making sure she does
not choke. Help the victim to the health centre immediately.
b. Do not induce vomiting. II the victim vomits on her own
however, bring a sample to the health centre so medical
personnel can identiIy the poison.
II the person is still in contact with the electricity, you MUST do the
