Dear Sir,
I am a black man. I have been denied due process of law from the Department of Social
Services (DSS) in Beaufort County. I want to know if the case workers are held accountable
for ethical standards, morality. Some of what has happened to me as follows:

1.August 7, 1998, I was reporting my girlfriend's bad habits of crack! cocaine use for 3 %
years to DSS.
a)When our third child was born, I was called to the hospital and given custody of
our three children.
b)DSS led me to believe that I was given custody when they actually gave
custody to my girlfriend's mother without my knowledge by making her the
protector of my children, when I thought I was.

2.Three weeks prior to this incident, I was asked by DSS to take a urine test. I did and DSS
said that the test was positive. I went back the next day with the paper they gave me
stating mine was 49 and the cut-off point is 50. The specialist within the department
called the place where the tests was taken and the amount they found was the amount
that someone was smoking a cigarette in a room and you inhale it; that is the amount
they found. That did not warrant me to be ordered by a judge to go to drug rehab.
a)I was then ordered to see Mrs. Margaret Kalvin. I went to rehab for three
months and was given a clean bill of health.
b)I was then taken back to court to be assessed by DSS. The department had fired
Mrs. Kalvin because of assessment of me, which they disagree with.
c)I asked Jill Robinson, who replaced Mrs. Kalvin, for the paperwork, only to be
refused.
d)Three months later, I went back to court where attorney, Mrs. Carol Miller
DSS, told the judge that I had not complied with the court order which
consisted of completing the class of three months, although I did complete it.

3.Criminal Domestic Violence - Mrs. Carol Miller told the judge that I had a history of CDV
and the judge ordered me to go the Coastal Empire Mental Health Center to see Mr.
Carey. I went to the Magistrate's Office to obtain a rap sheet to give to Mr. Carey. He
didn't see any connection between the rap sheet and 'the DSS report and told me to go
home. The next outrageous move by DSS was to have the judge order me to do the
identical thing all over again.
4.The mother of the children, Sandra Cohen, attended four facilities and the last one was
for herself and the children. On May 8, 1999, I was in court and she was at the facility
in Charleston, Sc. At this court hearing, Carol Miller, DSS attorney told the judge that
I have not complied with the court's order, which was a lie. The judge
 asked me for some proof and no one told me that I would need letters. DSS had denied me
the right to the letters written by Mrs. Kalvin, who was fired by DSS. In court, Mrs. Miller
told the judge her recommendation that if Sandra Cohen didn't complete the course in
Charleston, that my children would be taken from her and given to Mrs. Rebecca Cohen, her
mother, and that I pay child support. I'm charged with $7,000 for child support and I don't
think I should be held accountable for child support because of false allegations and
accusations.

My question is how can DSS take my children from me when I never relinquished custody? These
are all allegations and accusations without proof and how did this happen to me in America? Mr.
George Bush, is the rule of law as it should apply to citizens of the United States? I would like to
have the opportunity to ask this question in person from the President, Mr. George Bush.
