Upon purchase of participating Healthway membership cards (privilege, junior, or platinum card), client will be advised of their additional benefit. Upon payment of the membership card, client will be requested to fill-out their dengue plan form.

Cards management department shall be in charge of forwarding the client names to Asianlife for enrollment. All claims involving the dengue plan package shall be handled by Asianlife. Q & A: o What does the dengue plan cover? Depending on the Healthway card you purchase, the dengue plan gives you coverage of up to Php30,000 hospital reimbursement due to dengue o How long is the dengue plan coverage? The plan shall give you a (1) one year coverage. o Is the dengue plan transferrable? Yes, in a sense that Healthway card holder may award the dengue plan to a relative or friend and may not necessarily enroll him/herself as the plan holder.
