WINDOWS 7 KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS FULL LIST WITH FUNCTION OF KEYS F1 TO F12.

F1:-Display help in Microsoft applications and some other softwares . F2:-Rename the selected or highlighted item . F3:-Searching for a folder or a file. F4:-Used with windows explorer for different functions. F5:-Refresh the active page or window. F6:- select different task bar items on an desktops. F7:-Uses for spell check & grammer check in Microsoft word,outlook,powerpoint. F8:-To open windows startup menu. F9:-To open Bios menu in many cases or Boot menu in other cases. F10:- Enter CMOS setup. F11:-Used for full screen mode in windows especially in internet browsers. F12:-Opens the save as Window in Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Word. Alt+ Enter: Open the Properties Window of the current selection. Alt+ Right:Move forward. ALT+F4:-To close or exit the current program or application(opens dialog to shutdown windows). Alt+Enter:-Opens the properties of the selected file or folder.

Alt+ Spacebar: Open the shortcut menu for the active Window. Alt+ Tab: Switch to previous open Window. Alt+ Esc: Cycle through all open Windows. Alt+ D: Select the address bar. Alt+ Up: Move up in the page Alt+ P: Show or hide the preview panel. Alt+ F4: Close active Window.

Ctrl+Tab: Move forward through tabs. Ctrl+Shift+Tab: Move back through tabs. Shift+Tab: Move back through options. Tab:Move forward through options. Alt+Underlined letter: Perform the command (or select the option) that goes with that letter. Enter: Replaces clicking the mouse for many selected commands.

Spacebar: Select or clear the check box if the active option is a check box. Arrow keys: Select a button if the active option is a group of option buttons. BackSpace: Open a folder one level up if a folder is selected in the Save As or Open dialog box. CTRL+SHIFT+ESC:-Opens the Windows Task Manager. Ctrl+SHIFT+N:-Creates new folder in the open Window. Al+Ctrl+Delete:-Opens Utility panel which includes taskmanager,lock computer,logoff (Used when computer crashes or hangs ) .
