3. Overall Physical progress of the project is 33%. Infrastructure work progress is slow. Basic
infrastructure works like water supply, sewerage are yet to start. The same needs to be expedited. 4. Financial Progress & Escalation Components: Progress w.r.t. Sanctioned Cost Progress w.r.t. released GoI Share & Matching State Share (1 installment) 5. Deviation from Sanctioned DPR: No deviation from sanctioned parameters has been indicated. 6. Quality Aspects: Overall quality of construction is acceptable. Executing agency has no testing lab at site. All testing work for materials, concrete, cubes, bricks, steel & cement is being done from outside. iii. Inspection has not been done by SLNA. iv. It is not evident from the report that regular testing is being done at stipulated frequency. Test certificates dated 19/01/10 only are attached. v. No measures ate being taken from the seismic point of view though the area falls under the next to severe zone-IV. No lintel band is provided from seismic consideration. vi. SLNA shall submit an undertaking stating that the DUs and infrastructure works has been executed as per the sanctioned DPR and no deviations has been made in this context. 34.2% 68.4%

SLNA shall submit an undertaking stating that the quality & the structural safety of the work is checked & assured to be satisfactory.wrt to relevant standards & specifications and as per the relevant conditions of contract agreement & adequate remedial measures/recommendations would be taken up on the comments of the TPIM agency on quality. Nothing is reported as regards to cost overrun
